Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for the price am very happy with the TV. i got it as open box satisfactory. the packing was missing but the functionality is 100% and all the items were present. did not see any big blemishes or scratches. the tv needed to be factory reset which took me about 30 min to diagnose. after that all was well.

Disappointed-Broken After 3 Years

It was a bit more expensive than other brands-and I usually buy Insignias. I didn’t find the 4K picture to be a noticeably better upgrade. TV was working fine yesterday…tried to turn it on today and there was no video (but sound). After researching, it appears that the backlight strip needs replaced. Extra coverage is expired and the TV lasted 3 years. Really?
