I was not able to click on see a show without Log ON, who's watching. The 3 dots were to start the show; which if you want tv to start live tv, then it does not. It has to load an app; my xfinity then open a dashboard then select a show. Frustrating b/c there's only one person watching. Most difficult is the REMOTE has no numbers, switching channels was too long; to run through 2500 channels to get to channel 2. Or selecting favorites was too difficult to figure out. I just need to TURN ON AND PLAY.

Not Happy!

The backlighting system is very inconsistent across the screen especially in the corners. I have tried dozens of different settings/setting combinations with no luck. I would have returned it but didn't really test the set out until the return period passed. (Only 15 days and I didn't realize the true scope of the problem until day 20.). Hey, BB... a 30 day return period sure would be nice!

However silver frame designs are a mid 2000's trend for TV's. Not only that I get edgeless frames are popular, but to me, this is ridiculous. Get it if you want, but check the display version first. Your location might not have all sizes available, but if it's the silver framed model size is irrelevant to how the crazy thin, more like non-existent, frame is on these TV's. I guess I can recommend this to someone who thinks it's cool or nice or something as it works fine and has decent features and whatnot. Just definitely not my thing for the look.
