I would call it junk

It won't play a picture for hours at a time I even hate to give it a one star. I would say the most aggravated item I have ever bought. It does get a good picture when it works, but horrible audio very loud background music I'm not happy!!!

So far disappointed.

Toshiba 43" Class C350 TV

Since then I have been having the following problems: (1) I will get sound but no picture when I turn the TV on; (2) have had TV shut itself out while watching; (3) have waited sometimes over a minute for a channel to appear after changing channels. Very disappointed with this purchase. I have owned Toshiba TV's over the years and never had any problems. Tried to contact Toshiba customer service about warranty and all I got was an automated voice asking me to explain the problem, over and over until I finally gave up. Would not recommend this TV! I don't know what I am going to do with this TV since I can't get any help from Toshiba. I have taken videos of the problems on my phone. I would have liked to have shown those to Toshiba customer service.

Issues with this TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It still works thankfully but the backlighting issues especially where the tape was is bad and now there is a small cluster of dead pixels in the bottom of the screen. It is mostly noticeable on light screen coloring mostly so I will live with it. I guess it is true you get what you paid for.

Useless after 2 years

Sound still works, remote works, but the screen is totally out. It looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to. ☹️

Terrible | TV & Support

Toshiba support is HISESNE and they are not fixing the TV. I will never buy a Toshiba product again.

Junk not even 2 years old
