Service was good at the Town Center Jacksonville FL location but when we got home the power cord was missing from the box. Had to return to the store and they gave us the power cord. Inconvenient but not a huge deal.

I needed a small tv in my gym room and this tv fit the bill. It fit perfectly on my wall and I will definately be getting more electronics from best buy.
