She lives in another state and when I ordered it through Best Buy they delivered it to her. It was easy and very helpful! Mom really likes it and it’s easy for her to use which makes me happy! Great picture but....

Love the Fire TV Edition, but the tv automatically turns off. No matter what I've tried, I can't turn off the power save mode. We like keeping the Weather radar going,but it turns off automatically after about an hour. Very frustrating.

Alexa is my favorite feature, being able to tell her to turn on a specific channel or ask her to play music is fantastic! Having a special button for Netflix, HBO, prime video and PlayStation vue is awesome!

I am more than satisfied with the product and it's performance. A great purchase for individuals who want plenty of features, but have a budget to follow.

Great picture, great sound, easy to set up and use... then day 18 (cant return after day 15) the sound is delayed! It's so irritating and hard to watch anything when the sound doesn't match the pic and it's only getting worse! Guess I should have paid more freaking money for the "protection plan" for this already expensive enough TV. Can't buy anything of quality anymore.
