It does not support mobile screen mirroring

I always use screen mirroring feature to connect my phone or laptop via wifi, but this tv does not support that. I had to get an HDMI cable to connect to my laptop which I did not like. Even the browser in the tv does not support many websites. I usually watch my favourite shows using tellymazza, but, I don't know why , the browser is not able to play the link of my favorite shows. Even my mobile supports that link. I wanted to return the tv, but I wouldn't want all the trouble to pack it back and travel all the way back to store, so I would keep it anyway. I even had the issue with the store pickup. It was delayed. I had a bunch of friends to watch the movie in the new tv. But the tv was not available on the due date. I gave a call to a customer support team on the due date of pickup to know if I could get another TV with the same price that is available so that I can keep my face with my friends, but they didn't approve that either. As a whole, not satisfied with the TV and the customer service of best buy.
