Went thru much trouble to set up then did not come with a remote and need it for set ups. Price was good tho

I bought an open box version of this TV, but the remote was not included. The problem is this TV doesn't work without the proprietary remote to go through the initial set up. I had to return it.

Have had this TV in our bedroom since February 2019 it has in the past 2 weeks starting shutting off in the middle of watching either cable or using an app. The colors are going red and fade out. So disappointed. In addition, which has always been an inconvenience but we've worked through it, the remote makes it incredibly difficult if you also have cable connected and need to use the provider remote.

Fire TV, fair size for a bedroom, and an attractive price point. However, unless this is for a spare bedroom and viewed at a distance, the poor picture quality made me opt for a more expensive model from another manufacturer

I bought TV for outside thinking I could download the spectrum TV app for some reason the TV would not allow me to download the app so that’s why I returned it.

Three factors for this purchase- low price point, size and wi-fi enabled. The tv passed all three. Has gone blank two random times, but bought extended warranty and it hasn’t happened in awhile- so not returning yet.

I would rate it higher if a pixel had not went out on the screen after two weeks. Returned it and exchanged for a different TV. Until the pixel died it was perfect.

This TV logs out of apps, does not load several apps, and when it does it is VERY slow to do so. I have Rokus in all three bedrooms and have never had trouble with any of the apps I have on this Fire TV, therefore, it has to be the TV. I had to order a remote plug from Amazon to be able to turn it on and off with a remote so it will reset itself. Trying to get behind your TV to a plug two or three times a week is HARD when you have it on a huge TV stand and if you don't reset it, it does not play any apps after it freezes up. I highly recommend going with anything else.

This TV is a great Christmas gift for some friends of mine they really enjoyed it and has a great picture. I'll definitely suggest is product in the future

Few days after warranty was over, the TV stopped connecting to my network and the remote won't pair to the TV. Called Toshiba and Amazon and they couldn't help me resolve it. Now I have a TV that I cannot use because no one could help me get the remote and the connection working. This is the worse TV I ever had. Do yourself a favor and spend few extra dollars on a better TV. And try not to buy it at Best buy... Such a bad experience...

It’s a decent tv. Bought it on sale during deal of the day. Wish it had advanced screen settings I can fine tune like my Sony 4k. I like that it works with my Alexa setup. Good for office/game room.

A month after the warranty was over, the TV stopped working. Totally dead powering the remote or at the TV. Left online question w/Toshiba and Best Buy and they didn't respond or help resolve it. Thought the TV was a good buy and good quality, but when I have to buy another TV in just a little over a year, I didn't save anything.
