Picture dark,blurred. Comcast changed cable box to 4K, then came to adjust picture 3 times because Best Buy says this was the problem . Tried to arrange return and found that unable to after 15 days even though I had problems. Explained the problem to BB online who arranged for return and sent return label. Bought new tv to be delivered on 2/14/2019. Hope I have better time

Tv isn’t the greatest or maybe I got one of the defective ones. Specialist came out and looked at it, but due to Co Vid I wasn’t able to get it fixed right away

Has good resolution but opening any app takes more than normal. Amazon focused so if you like amazon prime perfect. If you don’t, get ready to see it everywhere.

Great TV, super clear image... BUT everytime you turn it ON it will go to the app selection screen, and you’ll need to select the HDMI option to watch your TV. Besides that alll good

Picture quality is not great but perfect for a garage to stream. The Amazon fire system built in makes it a great tv to put anywhere to stream.

EXACTLY AFTER THREE WEEKS IT STOPPED WORKING. I COULD LISTEN TO THE AUDIO BUT COULD NOT SEE VIDEO. HAD TO TAKE IT TO BEST BUY. THEY FIXED IT AND IT IS WORKING NOW.

Need both controls to activate cable vs using the cable carrier remote.

The Toshiba 43" - 4K Fire TV edition is a nice lightweight TV; however, before you can use it yo have to watch a 3 minute video and get a long software update.

the tv its good but i have it for more than a year and it starting to act up, turns itself off and takes a long time to upload the home screen

good but my only problem is that one HD outlut kinda doesn't work and you can't operate most the features without WiFi I think I should have gotten a different brand

TV was hard to set up. After a couple of weeks, it started to have problems connecting to the internet. After 5-10 minibuses, it managed to connect. Now it Constantly shows a message that the TV can’t connect to the Internet and doesn’t connect at all.. The TV is hard wired to incoming cable service, but doesn’t connect to this either. It is going back on Monday.

Good TV Rotten remote. The remote squeaks when you press the buttons and feels cheap. Sometimes it scrolls when it should just one click.

Finally buying me a bigger TV. Been watching a 32" for years. Went to a flat screen when my mom passed away and I took hers. Now I'm going to a 43".

I had issues with the picture quality and problem with the built in apps working erratically! After a few days I took it back to exchange it!

I used to feel that toshiba made some of the best electronics but Best Buy's Insignia brand is giving me better reception on local channels.

our problem is the source our cable gives us the viewing we want but not the HD channels we need this TV offers to much tech for what we wanted changing channels is a true pain with this type of remote we needed a good simple tv just to view the news and selected network programs

When I bought this TV 2018, it had a few FireTV advertising. By 2nd year, Amazon added a lot of advertising that cannot be blocked. By 3rd year, Amazon force so many FireTV advertising until the TV becomes almost unresponsive without power cycle to erase FireTv advertising from memory. But 1-2 days later, with so many new FireTV advertising download in the background, it becomes almost unresponsive again without power cycle. After watch Blu-ray movie or play game console games for several hours, the TV must download a lot of new FireTV advertising again until it becomes almost unresponsive. If you buy this TV, barely of extremely heavy Amazon FireTV advertising that takes several tabs and rows on the screen. Some of the sponsor advertising icons cannot be deleted. If Internet connection is disabled, the TV keeps complaining unable to connect to Internet because it must download more FireTV advertising unless you want Amazon marketing TV. Only MoviesAnywhere app is available on FireTV. Vudu streaming movies can only be watched by installing web browser on the TV with lower picture quality.

First let me start off by saying that I loved this TV. The picture/color isn’t top of the line but neither was the price. So why the 2 stars...because I went to to turn on the TV last night and there was no picture. The screen is gray (you can tell it is on) and the sound is working but no image. Ugh. After doing a ton of research, it appears that these TVs have serious issues and are not built to last.

Ok picture but wish I could figure out how to get the picture to fit the screen..a better instruction booklet would be nice..

Trying to learn this new TV can be a little frustrating. Especially when constantly having to reboot it for the apps and so forth.
