Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The graphics and aesthetics of the TV are fine, but there is a very very bad audio delay that cannot be fixed if you stream shows, which you probably do if you're getting the TV because it's a "Fire" edition. If you want to watch anything with subtitles it's even worse. I did some research and this has been a problem with these televisions for a few years. I am two days late so unfortunately I cannot return this TV and will be keeping it...

Great picture horrible OS

It took over five hours to update the tv and the alexa remote. I have xfinity and my internet isn’t slow. Just a horrible operating system. Gonna exchange for another Roku tv

I am running with quick WiFi. Vudu or Spectrum TV are not even available. Highly dissatisfied with this tv I waited 24 hours in line to get.

Piece of Junk

The screen has lost its ability to hold a picture. I called Toshiba customer service asking them to help me fix whatever the problem was, assuming that it was a setting issue, And they told me that I just need to buy a new TV and that sense the manufacturer warranty is only for one year, there is nothing that they will do for me. Don’t waste your money on this piece of junk product. It will only last as long as it is under warranty.

Bad Quality TV!

Also, the customer service at Plaza Las Americas Best Buy was awfull. Already return it 2 times and they keep giving me the same TV model, last time I told them that I want another model and since I bought it with a discount they were offering me a cheaper model and wanted me to pay the difference. Horrible customer service Best Buy!!!

Great for the price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a "Deal of the Day" offer for $200 and I thought this was a steal because of how much other 43" 4K smart TV's were (Samsung and Sharp go for $300). I ordered online for pickup and it was ready within an hour at my local store. Five days later, I saw that this tv was on sale AGAIN and contacted Best Buy customer service to price match (since they do price match past purchases as long as it's still within the return window time frame). I was able to get $10 back with just a quick call! The picture quality is great, although I have not tried putting on anything in real 4k quality yet. I used my old tv primarily for my Fire stick, so being able to continue using Fire tv was an easy transition, and now I don't need to use an HDMI port for the actual stick! Start up was very easy, and I accidentally chose the standard setting instead of the full setting setup, but I was able to easily factory reset and restart the setup within 10 minutes. Signing in and connecting to wifi was very easy. I played around with the settings so that I can turn it on using my echo dot (not automatically set upon unboxing). This is great because I can turn the TV off when I'm too tired to look for the remote. I also love being able to set an auto-shut off time, since I tend to fall asleep watching TV almost every night. The sound is excellent and almost has a surround-sound feel to it and it reaches a loud volume. One thing I would have liked (hence the star deduction) was if the legs holding the TV up were adjustable or at least rotatable. The table my TV is on is just wide enough so that the contact points are just barely on the edge of the table, but a quarter of the leg sticks over the edge. This means my TV is slightly unstable, but definitely not an issue if it does not get bumped into aggressively.

Unhappy customer

The rep guessed it might be the remote and I could take the whole pkg back to the store(after unpacking it and throwing away the packing?) or I could order a new remote. Couldn’t he just send me one? It would take 6 weeks??!! I was/am not happy. He ordered a new one for me 3 weeks ago. This was not Best Buy’s doing, but the Amazon tv.
