I wish I could say the same for the TV itself. After using it for a couple of days I was underwhelmed by the picture. It was OK, but nothing special. I returned it for a Sony that was over twice the price and it is worth every penny. Don't compromise when buying a TV! Spend the extra money and appreciate the quality picture you will get.

The very next day after I had installed my TV, the price was reduced by $50 and I could find no way to complain or request a refund on the website. I remain furious to this day. The TV is fine, ALTHOUGH I have not found VUDU as an available app (which prevents me from directly accessing my on line movies, including 4K, which rather neuters those purchases on this 4k TV !

Awesome 4K TV with Built in Amazon Fire

Instead of the traditional smart TV that has a limited number of apps that you can connect to, this model has Amazon Fire TV built in so you get the full library of Amazon apps and other supported content like Youtube through the Silk Browser. My favorite apps from the TV are the basic Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, and Prime Video but I love having all the options to basically cut the cord and go full digital with my TV habits. The video quality is amazing to me and the audio from the TV speakers aren't great but they do sound decent enough if you don't have an external speaker setup or soundbar. One of my favorite features about this TV is being able to talk to the remote to open my favorite TV shows or play my favorite music. You can also use your voice to change the input on the TV by simply saying the name of the input like "change to playstation" or "change to satellite". It's really simple and responsive and I haven't had any trouble with voice commands so far. Keep in mind that you need the full Amazon account and not just the basic version to access all of the content supported on the TV. One thing I did have trouble with was using my Echo Dot to control the TV. My Alexa app says my TV is offline even though they are connected to the same network. If that issue gets fixed then it'll be great to be able to control volume, turn my TV on and off, and request it to open a certain app or play a certain movie/tv show hands free with just my voice. As of now I cannot do that but I'm hoping it gets addressed by Amazon soon. Overall this TV is fantastic and is amazing for the price.

You can view and manage your linked devices in the Alexa app:
1. Open the menu and select "Music, Video, & Books."
2. Select "Fire TV."
3. Select "Manage devices."
All of your currently linked Alexa and Fire TV devices are under "Your linked devices." Select "Unlink" to unlink devices, or select "Link Another Fire TV" to link your other available devices. Keep in mind that you can link multiple Alexa devices to the same Fire TV, but each Alexa device can only be used to control a single Fire TV. When you select "Link Another TV" you'll only have the option to pick from your available, unlinked devices."

Can connect to my mesh network (eero) but says it "can't connect to the internet" when literally every other device in my home is online just fine. Bought for a football game and never ended up using it. Months later i tried to hook it up but it wont get pass paring remote. Spent hours online and on the phone no one can help fix it. Spent over 200 for something that never worked.

Got an LG instead--no problems with that tv.

Read on previous reviews same problem to other customers , have to pay to uninstall tv from wall and returned back to store for a more realizable brand
