The price for this TV is great but the WiFi connectivity is not consistent. I know forsure it is not my router because all the other devices are working just fine. Did some research and found that this brand is causing WiFi issues.

Alrhough it has a built in firestick and the ability to add apps the TV does not have the feature that most have at this price point to miss or your phone or PC to the TV screen. This was very disappointing and not I have to find a way to get the TV off my wall and back to the store.

POOR. Bought one from Best Buy without built in commercial.

Poor Wireless Connectivity. Difficulty for any Bluetooth connection. Built in FireTV platform makes the Firestick TV much more valuable as an external media device. NOT a recommended purchase!!! Don’t let the price fool you .

This is a terrible television. Set up was easy. Went downhill from there. The picture was faded and washed out. There is no way to adjust the picture. Very poor quality. I packed it up and returned it.

I am not satisfied with this TV at all. There is not enough storage space on the fire part of it. I had to delete apps because there is no space and I kept getting errors while watching cable saying that there is not enough storage on the fire tv.

Terrible device, it developed a big black band in the middle of the screen. Right at the Center where not even for watching the news it is good for. 200 + Dollars down in the Drain.

Was unable to get past the startup sequence. Customer support would never answer the phone. Tried for 2 hours to get just basic HDMI input - wouldn't let me do it. Piece of junk!

First of all the operating system is very slow crashes a lot of the time. But still I was using it with little bit of issues but the screen suddenly malfunctions after only 6 months of usage

Lost the display on my TV , just after 1 year of purchase. So could not get it replaced or get fixed. Cheap quality of product. Toshiba should step up the quality of product.

This Toshiba 43" Amazon Fire TV is really an incredible value. So far I have been very impressed with the picture quality and overall functionality of the TV. Pros: Great picture quality, fast and snappy transitions for apps, Amazon Fire network, decent sound for a flat panel TV, turns on quickly, fast access to apps etc. One thing I was concerned about was the 60hz refresh rate. Would fast action, sports, and info tickers experience "ghosting" or trails? NO. Everything is very clear and I see no ghosting at all. Nice! Cons: Let me just say that these things are nitpicky and very minor. There are not many options for personalization especially on the home screen. It would be nice to be able to move categories around or even hide categories. One annoying thing: you can't simply channel up and down. You have to go through the guide to select the channel. So for example, my OTA channel for ABC is 7, and WGN is 9. That means ABC is first in the guide and WGN is last. So in order to switch from channel 7 to channel 9 I have to go all the way through the guide. I just want the ability to channel up and down. Indifferent: The remote. It works well with Amazon Alexa, and I believe that this is similar to Fire remotes. I'm not particularly impressed with the remote. It is a bluetooth remote, and at first I thought I would not be able to use it with my Harmony 700 universal remote. A quick request to Harmony and they added this new TV to the database and to my surprise most of the functions work well despite the remote being IR. So the TV must have an IR sensor as well as the bluetooth connection. Overall I am 99% impressed with this TV and feel that it is an excellent value, and highly recommend it.

My tv went bad and the geeksquad Special forces is making me wait over a month before they will replace the tv, so I have no TV to watch and I guess they dont care

HDMI inputs do not work properly. No. 1 and 2 are dead, 3 is intermittent. Now I have to deal with repair / replace. Pain in the rear.

This is by far one of the best smart TV experiences I have ever had on a TV. The processor on this TV is amazing and is by far the snappiest, fastest processor that I have ever seen built into a TV. Typically smart TV's are very sluggish and have next to no useful applications installed or available. Since this TV features the same interface and apps as any other Fire TV device you have a multitude of options ranging from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and many more apps. Picture quality is amazing and surprisingly the sound is quite good for a TV. I would still use a sound bar but that is just my preference. My only complaint with this TV is the remote is too simplistic and can not be programmed for any additional devices such as a cable box or DVD player which ends up with needing several remotes just to watch anything. It is easily solved by getting a good smart remote but it is very frustrating that manufacturers are starting to go to this model of very limited bare bones remotes (or in some cases no remote at all). Overall this is an amazing TV and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

One look at the 2160p screen convinced me to upgrade from my 1080p TV. I had no preference, pro or con, about Fire TV built-in. Set up was a snap, and on-screen instructions when first started went error-free and easily. My single caveat is the remote lacks digit buttons, so voice-command using Alexa wll be needed if I someday use an antenna. My connections are with cable and for Internet, so my cable box remote with digit buttons contiues in use, as with my previous TV. Everything else is simply A-1, top notch, supremo. A great sale deal.

Was like watching TV with clear contact paper over the screen. Was inexpensive, but not worth it. Returned and bought a Sony. Assuming the Sony lasts a few years, was worth the extra money.
