Got this 2018 - this is 2021 and it is not working— apparently cheaply made! I have televisions that have lasted 20+ years! This is not good!!!

After 2 weeks of use the tv stops working, waiting on technicians to come home

System locked to Amazon, just to rip you off. You cannot do anything with this TV unless you pay the unreasonable fees from Amazon.

Had this TV repaired multiple times and it still does not get a proper WIFI signal. We use it now for Video Games only, and that is a disappointment.

The tv did not work at all. There was something clearly wrong with the software in regards with the Amazon Fire. Better to stick with Roku.

Can’t get apps to work even after doing a factory reset. So if you use anything other than cable, you are out of luck. Don’t recommend buying.

Tv doesn’t work properly. Tv vas a white line through one area. Can’t believe I have to bring it back.

After few weeks the screen got dark and they are giving me a hard time to get a exchange totally ridiculous

I read all of the reviews before making this purchase and I want to address some of the shortcomings. I was able to set it to start on my last input, which is usually the OTA antenna for local channels. I know it’s a pain to change channels at first, but I found that using the voice command with the remote (or an Echo Dot) I was able to easily tell it what channel to display. The same applies for switching to other apps. Just make sure to dig into the settings and set it to always show you the last input used. Initially, it was inclear if this product was true HDR, as the retail packaging did not indicate that. I upgraded my Netflix plan for UHD and I launched some of their original content. Even the opening credits for GLOW look amazing in HDR. I also checked out Altered Carbon. That show was beautiful on my Retina Macboon Pro, but it really shines here in 4K HDR. I will admit that I wasn’t immediately getting the best quality. I found that you have to set your picture settings per app. I had spend a lot of time tweaking the settings for Netflix but when I went to Hulu I found that some of the dynamic settings were causing the tv to brighten or darken the image at random. So I turned off dynamic backlighting for all my apps. All in all, I’m surprised that a door buster was actually good. A lot of times these are low tier products that kinda suck but I am very happy with this tv. I did buy the 5yr GSP. It was only $30, so if something breaks or wears out on this unit, the 43in size means GS can come out to your home for repair (stores only take in 42in and under for repair).

The audio failed to work on this TV so we had to go to the hassle and return it. We opted to trade it for a Roku TV.

Conveniently broke after my warranty expired.. that I paid extra for. Thanks for nothing.

Returned the item on the second day. Worked fine the first night then could not get it to function correctly the 2nd day

took a crap 3 months after I bought it couldn't return it so its been sitting outside since.

I can't even remember buying this TV. I must not have been worth my money. I must have returned it.

For the price you get what you pay for but it’s cheap the picture quality is awful

while watching something just gave out and would not power on. brand new just 2 months purchased

This TV lasted me just under 20 months, be mindful you get what you pay for.
