Ok so my parents (bless their hearts) noticed my old tv went out. They decided, by way of a best buy employee, bought me this tv. Best buy employee told them I could use this smart tv without any extra subscriptions. Like you do with most smart tv. You can NOT do anything other then watch something you've plugged in, aka Directv, bluray, ota antenna. You get the point. So I can't surf the internet, watch YouTube video, or anything that a normal smart tv can do. UNLESS you have an Amazon prime account. Which I do not. I'm a disabled American and can not afford cable tv not even Netflix or anything else. I don't even have a card number to put in if I wanted to. I really think that best buy should be aware of this and tell people that unless you already use alexa that you can not use this TV's smart tv options. I really really wish that they would've spent less and gotten a normal smart tv or just a regular tv at that.

Had washed out screen had to turn backlight off. Light showing around edges, spotty brights and darks. Also Made for BestBuy which I did not know till you see the sticker on it or look at the pics, therefore of lower quality. Poor build quality Buyer beware Back it goes.

This Tv has ok Picture there is something that best buy forgot to mention that Toshiba tv's are made by Hi-Sense

This TV has great picture and sound...but, that's about it. It is constantly kicking you off apps and restarting or just doesnt want to open an app at all. VERY frustrating!

This is my 2nd set after returning the 1st for the same reason. TV locks up, freezes, won't shut off. Unplug and reboot every time I want to change apps. Worst TV I have every owned and it's going back!

Shuts down randomly. Best buy came out at one point to reset the tv and said it's a horrible tv. Shuts down constantly, especially Hulu for some reason. My living room tv has not once done what this tv has done as far as freezing and shutting down. Very sad, please don't buy.

The apps are outdated out of the box. Upon calling Toshiba, their support states that they have no plans on updating any of the support software and their advice (FOR A BRAND NEW TV). is to buy an external dongle. Do not waste your time, it's a bargain for a reason, Toshiba has no regard for its customers.

If you like buying a new tv every other year this is perfect for you. I bought this tv summer 2021 and just randomly died on me today. Toshiba customer support is useless as well.

It needed to be fixed shortly after using it and now has major screen issues. The screen is intermittently flashing on the right side only. Also, the Home Screen is opening way too small.

Purchased TV, tried for two days to get TV to work correctly, called Toshiba and they said sounds like faulty HDMI. Not what I wanted to hear given I have to drive 60miles to the nearest Best Buy store to return it.

I just bought it last night, as a replacement for TOSHIBA LED TV. The previous TOSHIBA TV was also broken after a couple of months. Now again, this 4K fire TV was broken.

Alexa too stupid to set or get to sleep timer on its own. That’s why I bought this stupid tv on Best Buy’s sales person advise. Told can’t try out because they don’t have access to all the remotes. NEVER AGAIN!
