||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a serviceable TV and does all the things a smart TV does like streaming, apps, only that it does not have native YouTube due to licensing, as I understand. The quaility is good but nothing excellent about it. If you are very demanding and knowlegeable about resolution, types of panels, response times, view angles, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you are looking for a cheap basic TV and it's in your price range, go for it

I wasn't too excited about getting a Fire TV since my other TVs are Roku. I also didn't plan on getting a new TV. However, my TCL just died one day, after having it just shy of a year. (No more of that brand for me.) The Toshiba TV is awesome all the way around. It's the brand I'm going to stick with from now on. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Service from Toshiba

But experience has been mixed. More so, because most of the controls need the remote and wifi and my remote stopped functioning very soon. A call to Toshiba was not very helpful. I was promised a replacement remote, that never arrived. I expected more better service from Toshiba/Best Buy combination but was sadly disappointed.

Very easy to navigate... my father stayed with us and he was able to navigate with no problems. It’s supposed to work with Alexa so I might purchase one for the room to make it even more comfy. Very impressed. Considering switching it with thE tv in our master...

I want to like this TV...but can’t

I do like how easy it is to find shows, use 1 remote, and how good the sound is. However, the picture is dull. I’ve tried all the built-in options for preset picture quality, spent a day with the custom settings, but the colors aren’t close to as vivid as my Samsung that this was going to replace. For what it’s worth, my 55 inch Toshiba (2 years old; not smart) has a much better picture than this new one. I’m going to be returning it.
