Excellent picture. Easy to use menu. Great features

Video quality is great and the voice remote is convenient. Also has an app controlled remote in case your batteries are dead, so that's a nice plus. Only complaints are that the remotes for the other TV's in my house will power it off and on from another room, guessing they are on the same frequency. Also, doesn't work with the Spectrum TV app which I was told it would when I bought it.

Size and quality of the TV are perfect easy to operate

This is my first smart TV from Amazon. Prior to that, I used Apple TV and Roku for streaming channels. The set up is pretty straight forward. The navigation between different content providers is reason but not as good as Apple TV. Integration with Alexa is good except if you already have another device in the room as they are listening to the same keyword. Overall, it's a good entry level TV.

We had already purchased a 50 inch of the same product, along with a 32 inch. The 43 inch we purchased was equally easy to setup—took about 5 minutes from start to finish. Quality of the picture and sound is excellent; we won’t need a sound bar. The fire tv remote feature for music and immediate access to Netflix rocks!

IT IS A PERFECT SMART TV. AFFORDABLE PRICE WITH MANY FEATURES. IT OFFERS AMAZON PRIME ALONG WITH MANY OTHER APPS LIKE YOUTUBE, ETC. IT HAS AN AMAZING PICTURE QUALITY IN 4K VIDEOS AND TV SHOWS.WIFI AND CASTING IS AVAILABLE AS WELL. HONESTLY, YOU DON'T FEEL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS ONE AND THE 55" ONE THAT COST WAY MORE MONEY.

This TV was very easy to set up and the colors are beautiful. I love that it already comes with some built in apps. The only bad thing for me is that it is not compatible with the app for my cable company (Spectrum), so the only way to download the app is to get something like Roku. Not a big problem but I wish I knew this before the time was up to return it.

Great tv a lot of features and good size for my room.

I got this for my birthday at an extremely good price. I've use Fire Sticks before, but this is the first time I've owned a Fire TV. The picture and sounds is excellent excellent. I told all my family and friends. I love Best Buy so much that I went to next week and bought a 32in insignia with built-in Fire TV. Thanks

Great TV , picture is amazing and Alexa is amazing as well. The free trial for sling TV for 30 days was great for me, long enough to decide if I want to keep it or upgrade our package, and we will definitely be doing both! The TV also has games that you can download for free, and you can rent all of the latest movies as well.

Really liked this TV. It was very easy to set up with the Amazon Alexa software embedded. Picture quality is great and sound from the internal speakers is fine for the small room I am using this in. It is very lite and was easy to install on a wall mount. Would not hesitate to purchase this LED TV again.

Unbelievable picture and sound. - and i only have antenna no cable. This tv replaced Samsung 40 inch for bedroom. No sound bar needed. On the Samsung I had to turn volume up to 60 - with this one only 15.

We shopped and purchased this TV online. We received it within 3 days in perfect condition. We unboxed it, hooked it up and had it working within the hour. Short story shorter - LOVE IT! And we love Best Buy, too, because we got a real deal on it.
