This was a purchase for my mother-in-law as her old TV had picture fade. She loves the new enhanced features and that she can access Alexa through the voice control remote. After a couple of days she has found everything to be pretty intuitive and easy to use.

I was looking for value in a 4k and I couldn't have made a better choice. The set-up was easy and the picture is crisp. I have some research to do to set up additional functional but I don't anticipate any issues. I am planning on purchasing another for my daughters room.

This TV has beautiful picture quality, nice size screen and loaded with apps that you can preview free before subscribing to! I am so glad I decided on purchasing this particular TV and I got it at a great deal with Best Buy deal of the day! Thanks Best Buy!

As mentioned in other reviews, it does not have a wide viewing angle. Otherwise, it’s a great smart TV, especially at Best Buy’s sale price. The picture is fine without any adjustments, but it can be made even better with some minor recalibrations (just Google to get sites with info and settings). Very happy with this purchase.

Great picture and holding up well with heavy use. Only issue is with the TV getting “confused” and locking up if I have my Bluetooth headphones switched on BEFORE I turn on the TV. If I do it in the opposite order, everything is fine ... unless there is a dropped WiFi signal.

I've only had it set up for about 2 weeks but it seems great. The quality of the picture is really great (even when using an antenna). The only downside is the remote is not like a normal remote with a number pad but this was expected because it's a Fire TV.

Easy hook up and nice smart tv, great resolution and size

I have more than one of these tv sets since I have been able to obtain them on sale. The picture quality is excellent and since the set is an average size model I found no need to have a sound bar (I only use those with much large sets destined for a larger room).

I am very pleased with this television thus far. It has a great picture quality and was a great deal... my only reason for not giving it 5 stars is likely my own fault, but it seems that it's just a little confusing during the initial setup process. All in all, I'd have no problem recommending this TV to anyone.

This tv has great sound and is the best smart tv format available. I have both Roku and Samsung Smart TVs that the software is not designed nearly as well. It is also very simple to control with an amazon echo as long as you link it via the Alexa app. Overall great TV

I don't ever regret purchasing this TV. It has wonderful sound and I even find myself turning around to see what's around thinking there is someone in the room with me. Picture quality is wonderful and just great not to have cable or satellite boxes taken up space.

Hard to beat for the $. Good picture and features.

I have had this tv for a month an couldn’t really say anything bad. Obviously isn’t your high end tv, but the picture quality and 4K streaming is still superior. Speakers on it are great for a lower end tv and was surprised to see composite on a 4K tv but it has it!

Good for the price. This was purchased in late 2019 or 2020 I believe, in a room that gets little use. Being just a regular 4K LED it has been surpassed by todays latest but it has had no problems and still has a good not great picture.

Having purchased this exact model earlier, my wife was excited to get another for our spare bedroom. The built in apps make browsing and selecting a breeze...and it works well with Alexa Echo! The picture detail is stunning...even when not viewing 4k content.

We bought several of these for our resort. The TV itself is fine. Picture is good and sound is decent. My only complaint is the way the interface works. It's convoluted to have it start up with the TV rather than the streaming services. We also have ROKU TVs and the interface is much better. I will be going back to Roku.

This is a nice TV at a good price. I was looking to upgrade to meet the latest technology needs. This one has it. My main interest was picture quality and this one has a nice sharp picture. I have Direct TV Now and had to use a fire stick. This TV has that feature.
