I do not trust them and feel they are an invasion of privacy. The menu is easy to use, but there are no buttons on the TV (except power). If you misplace the remote you cannot change the menus. The remote is sensitive. I accidentally click apps which I did not intend to use. You are also forced to log in with your Amazon account. I know smart products are the bew wave, but I am old school and replacement remote controls are $40.
