Be Careful on "Open Box" purchases

I bought an "Open Box" because it was a little less expensive, but when I opened my purchase it had two left side pedestals. Meaning that it had two left feet. Called Toshiba about it and they quickly told me that an Open Box at Best Buy is not covered, ity is sold "as is" So for approximately 15 less than one that was not open box, I ended up with a TV that won't set up on its own. Be careful, let the buyer beware.
