TV has been a bit problematic. Not sure if that is the OS or the TV itself. Overall it is decent, but slightly underwhelmed by it.

I like the TV but had to exchange the first one.

I took it back to the store and then due to the wonderful BEST BUY warrantly we exchanged immediately. Second one is working like a dream.

From what I understand, this tv is similar in make/design to the insignia brand tvs. We'll see what happens. So far, so good.

This TV was inexpensive, but not cheap. However, I have problems with the sound. There is none. I went online and found others with the same problem.

Decent picture
