great tv for the first 10 months. all of a sudden amazon added new apps and took all the memory. had to delete all the apps i used and buy an apple tv to watch netflix and hulu and disney+. the tv says u can add an SD card but it won’t let u move any apps to the card. just pulls up a black box on the entire screen telling you low memory. nightmare purchase. buy regular tv and get a firestick

as stated in headline I don't think the experience was a real 4k experience like on other brands

WARNING. Do not purchase this TV if you are going to need to watch DisneyPlus. The FireTV software that comes specifically with Toshiba does not work on a consistent basis with DisneyPlus. I have updated both the App and the TV Software/Firmware, deleted and reinstalled the DisneyPlus app, rebooted the TV, and Forced Quit the app, all to no avail. It is not a connectivity issue because all my other apps like Netflix etc work fine. Disney Support blames Amazon, Amazon blames Toshiba, and Best Buy will do nothing for you if you have exceeded 14 days from purchase without a separate purchase plan. Toshiba/Best Buy (not sure what the relationship is) even sent a subcontractor/repair person to examine the TV and he couldn’t fix it, saying it was a specific problem with Toshiba software. I’ve been told by Best Buy that they are “just a dealer/retailer” and it’s not Best Buy’s fault that they advertise DisneyPlus on this TV, nor is it their problem that the tech specifications specifically list DisneyPlus as a compatible app. So now this TV is a huge paperweight in my kid’s bedroom. At least she can watch Netflix.

The problem is the TV is not Comcast cable friendly. The pre-load Amazon program takes over and makes you jump hoops to use your cable provider control box. Very frustrating.

Lacks some functionality of more high end smart TVs, but does the job for what we need right now.

Not the best. I hardly use it and most of the time it will not connect with the WiFi.

The description of this television on the site is very misleading. The site mentions high quality pictures with true colors and contrast. It is quite far from the truth with this TV. Bright and/or light backgrounds obscure the main picture, making it hard to see sometimes. We have tried adjusting brightness, contrast, etc. but nothing helps.

Just okay nothing special, just a run of the mill television

The TV could be a bit more modern. The software is old tech. I liked my old smart TV better.

I'm unsure if I just got a lemon and have had issues with glitching (been lines running across the screen) from time to time. Thankfully I purchased a Geek squad protection plan and they have came out to fix it twice with no success. I'm hoping they can find the issue soon or just replace it altogether.

The tv is nice but navigating around is horrible. It is a pain every time I turn it on

tv was ok pictures. But just wanted to upgrade to Samsung TV instead return back.

Small but a very cool order very. If you buy amazon definitely go over 50 inches

This tv constantly freezes, restarts and just returns to the home screen. We've check the storage, tried clear cache and data and still have issues. We have a smaller version of this tv and same issues. I would never recommend Toshiba to anyone.

The television is working well no real complaints as of yet.
