This TV went out 1 month after the manufacturer warranty. I didn't buy the extended - keep in mind, some credit cards will extend up to 1 year later.

This is NOT a TV. It is a Fierestick with a TV monitor attached. You cannot turn this on and watch TV. You must first register with Amazon and sign in to your account before you can even choose for example to use it as a monitor with the HDMI input. If you want a TV or something to use as a HDMI monitor, don't buy this terrible product which was sadly built just for Bestbuy and Amazon by Toshiba. Shame on Toshiba for building such crap. This will soon live in the county dump as I am certain it is destined to get a software update to brick it. Even if they paid me I wouldn't want this thing.

Tv worked great for the first month straight from the box. Since purchasing I have experienced loss in sound quality. There are also green lines that appear on the screen randomly while viewing.

Missing parts ,Remote ,tv stand these are the basic parts if we have to buy the so the tv cast the same like new even hard to find in the store

If I knew I would have problems with this TV I would never had bought it. I had to pay Geek Squad to put it together for me, unacceptable, I will never buy a smart TV. All I wanted was a cable TV.

After only a week of having it, it continuously glitches and flashes random colors. Not sure what is wrong with it or if it was mishandled as I bought it online and picked it up.

The remote stopped working 2 months after I bought it and apparently the TV’s sensor as well, don’t bother buying this.

Wow just at 6 months the screen stops working and has line through it. Not even sure about a manufacturer warranty. I cannot find any info anywhere.

JUNK!!! I bought this pieve of junk 12/1/2019 and it crapped out today 8/21/21?!?!? What an absolute piece of garbage. Screen started flickering about two weekes ago then noticed a line going through the bottom of the screen. Today no picture. What a disgrace. Toshiba should be ashamed.

Barely year old and now has to be rebooted serval times a day to stop display issue with flickering green vertical bars or horizontal grey lines. Out of the box the picture was less that great unless you were sat pretty dead center. Volume is off like 6 is pretty high , 20 is obnoxious. For apartment living TV has to be on 3 or 4 at night.

This TV shuts off if you walk away from it, You can't pause it or it shuts off. I'm taking mine back.

Really annoying to have amazon ads on inout selector. Even when not setup for internet.

Stopped working properly after 3 months. Do not buy!

I bought this tv for my daughters dorm in January and in stopped working in May.. really best buy not returnable .. at least her education will last longer.. best buy your poor customer reputation will last even longer.. but you made your money and now on to the next sucker..

Had a lot of problems and had to return back to store.

This “smart tv” constantly dis connects itself from the hard wired internet. Sling TV app doesn’t like this tv either! And on top of it all, my no longer returnable date was 5 days ago. Buy ANYTHING else.

First time Toshiba customer. Wifi stopped working within a year and now taking too long for manufacturer to repair. Don’t waste your time & money on this.

This TV has embarrassed me and cut off out of nowhere over 5 times and I just got it. Now its a hassle to send back because of the virus stuff going on and all stores are closed.

Was great until we went to cut it on and it said the wireless was disabled. We tried factory reset and anything we could find online. Still nothing. Very unsatisfied.
