It's fine, but if you're the type to be annoyed by buggy smart TV software, ads all the time or slow menus you may want to spend more for a TV with a more powerful / better operating system. This often has glitches forcing me to restart, or even unplug it from the wall. Occasionally even a factory reset... It's maddening. Price is great, but at what cost!!! ;)

Pain In The A because LOW STORAGE MESSAGE keeps popping up constantly! Go buy a real TV that is really usable. This smart TV is the stupendous TV ever!!!

Started out as a good purchase, until the green bars started flashing on the screen four months after purchase.

Built in Fire Tv is slow in responding to channel change. Using an external Fire TV 4K player makes a difference

This is a good value tv. I don’t see a difference between 4K and H’s programming. It’s just not bright enough.

This television took a very long time to start up and update once plugged in,it tookover ten minutes.The screen started freezing within the same week of purchase and it was not able to pick up any local channels unlike the Samsung 5 series I recently purchased from Best buy.I had a Toshiba growing which was very good but I'm disappointed.I returned and got a Samsung 6 series.Better brand and quality in my eyes.

It was hard to provide true feedback on this television. Had it for only a couple days and through that time the internet connection kept disconnecting. Would require me to log back in over and over. It was the only item in the household that disconnected.

I have way too many problems with this tv. I’ve only had it for 3 months and I cnt even use my remote. I had to download the app just to watch tv. I’m not a tv watcher so I rarely watch the tv but I turn it on from time to time for my babies. def a waste of my money. And to think I purchased 3 of the same TVs

Returned due to lack of being able to adjust picture to fit screen when watching Netflix And Amazon movies

This is being used as a secondary television. As a primary it isn’t the fastest but it does the job.

It is Ok as a computer, however the colors are not very bright. I love the size though

Love the content. But I have had to reset approximately every two months. I find this feature very annoying as it is a different reset each time seems there should be some update or fix. I have had no problems with multiple fire sticks that I own.I will never purchase another fire tv product again.

Probably a good product. I purchase for a family member. So can't rate the product.

If you’re hoping to cut the cord with this FireTV, you’ll be disappointed. My old TV had a ROKU stick which worked great, connected easily to WiFi and buffering was very infrequent. The built-in WiFi capability of my new FireTV is awful. It rarely connects and buffers constantly when it does. So, now I have to use my ROKU stick with my FireTV to be able to stream content.

Purchased an open box tv & this one bit me in the butt. Unfortunately for these Firestick TV’s in NEEDS the actual remote it was purchased with. This open box item was missing the remote so the associate had me purchase a replacement there at the store. After 2 more returns with the tv in hand GeekSquad came up with the resolution that this tv should not have been sold as is. They even ordered a brand new remote specifically from Firestick TV for this tv & still wasn’t compatible. A slight headache for trying to get the best deal possible on this open box item but Best Buy customer service ALWAYS pulls through to get it replaced.

No numbers on the remote....to complicated for my 97 year old mother to learn. Timing And location did not allow For return. Impossible to speak to anyone Human at Best Buy about options for return or exchange.

I bought this TV a week ago and now it’s frozen on the home page. Not good to know it has not even been a month and I’m having this issue.

TV often makes you log back into the same app multiple times a week. Interface is sloppy and difficult to navigate. I wouldnt buy this tv again.
