Terrible tv, remote doesn’t work, had two circuit boards replaced.

This tv stopped loading all Apps besides the amazon apps on the tv a few months after i bought it. Its useless to use if you cant do anything but amazon video. Cant even go on youtube. I have called numerous times but no one can help me. And now thats its been more than a year with this issue they wont replace it. There is an authentication error there is no solution. Very disappointing.

The tv freeze and i have to turn off and off to unlock the situation :(

I purchased this to replace the “dumb TV” in my bedroom and after three days of use, the TV started displaying bright green vertical lines randomly. I had to return it and after purchasing, I realized that several people had this problem years after purchasing. I’m only glad I discovered this within my time to return it to avoid any warranty issues. I decided to purchase a Roku stick to add to my “dumb TV” and I saved a lot of money.

Very nice tv,sound quality without any add ons is nice,picture is very color rich.....

Top of the class . The picture is always perfect and sharp.

I purchased a Toshiba 50" the 43" was too small so it is sitting in my study wrapped in a blanket.

Not as good as the fire stick .It's better u buy a regular TV and firestick

Started having sound issues after a month. Also, Simeon thing I noticed the first week but didn’t find it worthy of returning was the screen would randomly go green then back to what I was watching. It’s rare but it happens. The sound issues is why I wanted to return it but the return period only lasted like 3 weeks.

Smaller then its advertised , the brand it self is ok but it qas just small ,

After purchasing, discovered that you cannot configure Alexa Home Theater, using Echo Dots and Echo Studio. A real bummer. I wouldn't have bought this if I knew this in advance. I found this buried on the Amazon website. Otherwise, the TV is fine, integrates well with an external antenna.

Not happy. When you turn the tv on it says the remote is not connected. The Geek Squad checked it out on three separate appointments. To return the TV and get another I have to pay the Geek Squad again to hook it up

Must select the cable input option (HDMI) frm the home screen every time I turn this tv on If I want to watch live tv. I prefer my old tv with fire tv stick where the default was my Fios . Extra step is annoying.

Originally purchased a Toshiba fire TV, however it being a gift for my 88year old mother in-law, was difficult for her to use. Have always preferred Samsung, and should have gone with it in the first place . She is very happy with the Samsung!

I have seen reviews where new TVs have a smell that should go away in about a week. This is not a burning smell it is more of a gas releasing from the plastic it gives me a sore throat yeah it's been going on for over 2 months now.

Horrible the connection to the internet stopped working after less than a year. Best Buy was awesome and credited us but if we hadn’t bought the protection plan we would have been screwed.

Starting up the TV we had difficult times to setup. The picture quality cuts in and out often. I won’t recommend purchasing this items as it was poorly designed.

Thought the glitches, the screen going black and flashing in and out was my cable service. No it was the TV from the beginning. The worst purchase I have made through Best Buy

A year later and the tv firmware and software is destroyed rendering the tv useless! Requires Amazon login and never allows the login! Piece of crap
