Great Picture, Terrible Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV works great and the picture looks amazing. However, the sound is a real problem. Even only at volume 7 the speakers crackle & pop with basic conversation. I exchanged the first one I bought for a new one because of this issue, but the new one does the same thing. It seems to be consistent – whether i'm watching a movie, listening to music, or watching a youtube video.

Not for Streaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first set would not turn on... and Best Buy handled the exchange very smoothly. I use the set for streaming and noticed significant buffering issues so I direct connected Ethernet. Still had buffering issues. Then, the set would not connect to a provider and finally the set would not connect to my external antenna occasionally without a restart. This may be fine for those of you using cable, but not for those of us who have chosen a streaming alternative. This TV is just unstable.

DO NOT BUY RUN TO ANOTHER BRAND

If you need to factory rest it, it will never work again. You will be able power it on, turn volume up and down, select the language, and get to the pair remote screen and that’s it. AND TOSHIBA WILL NOT HELP YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW THEIR PRODUCT IS FAULTY.
