It’s a ok affordable tv not much bang for the buck no 120hrtz refresh rate so would not recommend this for new consoles.

Good low end tv for the money. Have had to unplug it twice to ‘reset’ it in the first few weeks so I’ll see how that goes.

When the TV is on for an extended period of time the processor freezes and you can't change channels or do anything. You have to turn the TV off and back on again for the processor and computer to reboot. Otherwise it's not a bad TV. The owners manual is very limited in really telling you how to operate this TV between broadcast channels and settings for Fire TV. you have to figure things out yourself.

We kept receiving the "unable to update" software message. We just ignored the updates and then all things seem to work fine.

I bought this tv for my daughter to take with her to college. I have not yet had a chance to see how it works.

This TV performes okay. It isn't easy to use, and instructions are inadequate. Has a tendency to lose signal on broadcast channels.

tv was smaller than I thought I wish I would have taken it out of the box or at least looked at one on display but there was none

It’s a tv, with a fire stick built in. It’s droning sometimes filled the empty hours better than silence.

TV was working fine for about 2 weeks, then the screen started to get choppy and go dark. It would work for about 10 minutes, then it would just die. I had to return. I also had $40 taken away from my refund because i threw away the plastic triangle "feet" stands. Always keep the feet stands.

I purchased this TV on May 25th, 2021. In just under 6 months, the speakers blew out completely. I hope I can say I'm lucky theres a manufacturer warranty, but I can't find the TV on Toshiba's website, in which a bunch of the links are completely broken, and Best Buy's support is absolutely useless in the matter, despite the fact that the TV says it is warranted by Best Buy on the back of the TV. I will update if customer service pulls their head from their hole.

Hard to change and look for local channels we used to punch numbers when we are looking for local channels.

Will see BB for remedy. TV has lines now? It's only been one year.

BestBuy should pull this product from their shelves until Toshiba solves their problem. As Daniel posted 2 days ago, the screen goes blank, the audio stays on and the only way to solve is to pawer down and power up the set. I found (via a Toshiba forum) that firmware is sensing a screen overheating condition. You can solve this by adjusting the screen backlighting down to around 50%. But you should still return the set because you SHOULD NOT have to do this.

This TV works when it wants to. The screen goes black after all updates. I can only watch SlingTV or Netflix for a certain amount of time before the screen goes black. One of the worse TV purchases ever. I have done every reboot, hard reset, and unplug that the internet suggests. I do not want this TV anymore. It is HORRIBLE.

Good value for money. Not really responsive to the remote. Long load times for apps.

Returned TV after 2 days due to poor picture quality. Exchanged for a similar size TCL.

It is a cheap tv I haven't used it a ton yet but it is what you pay for
