Worked alright until it needed a factory reset

Now I literally cannot use it, Amazon is useless at resolving it and I will have to pay a repair fee despite it being an obvious software issue.

Everything was working fine before this I have no idea what happened I could also just be cursed.

Avoid - Screen goes black

The TV never truly worked, and the screen will go black after about 5 to 8min, but the audio will still play and remote still select. I've tried everything in the settings to see if it was a screen saver issue, but nothing works. It's defective hardware or software. TV just doesnt work. I can't return it now, since it's outside the "return window" and not in warranty. My grandma lives 5hrs away, so I just went and bought a Samsung. I'm going to try to contact Toshiba directly for a return.

Trash Warranty but Great TV

Lost my tv and my home in a fire 23days from purchasing it. They didn’t cover my tv at all so I have to buy whole another tv. Tv Great

Black screen in less than two years

Nothing works! It has sound but no picture. Very disappointed as I am on a fixed budget and can't afford another TV. When it worked it was very nice.

Poor quality

It worked fine for a couple of days, then was very random (try to scroll down, no movement, then suddenly jumped down). Now it only turns power on.

Colors are muddy, and gaming on it shows that fact. That I could have dealt with, but then on both my gaming and online streaming(HBO Max, etc.), Black lines began appearing at the top of the screen. Apparently this is common for this TV among other issues. You're better off paying an extra hundred for a Samsung TU 8000 as I did. They should discontinue this model and offer one that is of more quality, even if it costs a few more dollars. The usability was decent, it wasn't hard to figure out, the software was nice. But thats not what makes these TVs, it's the quality, which was absent. Would not recommend.

We had to unplug the tv to bring it back. We had to get our cable company to install it. It takes 3 remotes to operate it. I had Tv Ears installed on the Samsung we had. This tv will not set up the Tv Ears so I cannot comfortably listen to the tv. We went to Best Buy to get another Samsung but they did not have one in stock so we bought the Toshiba. It is so hard to operate. We will not purchase a Toshiba again. I wish I had never seen it.

I then exchanged it in store. Terrible service by the way. I took the new one home and after watching for about 30 minutes the video shuts off but i can still hear audio and selection noises from control. Ive tried troubleshooting and looked online only to find out this is a common occurrence with this tv. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Best Buy gets 5 stars for recognizing the warranty. In home inspection of unit, free of charge and was granted a full store credit for defective unit.
