The screen flashes when it turns from a dark color to white

Might be nice, I don't know. Didn't come with screws to mount the stand to the TV!

This television is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate. It comes preloaded with apps that you cannot get rid of no matter what you do. The child guards are also impossible to setup.

The external speakers failed with 24 days of purchase. Bluetooth worked to allow an external connection. Do not expect much help from Best Buy after 15 days. I urge you to find other places to purchase your electronics.

Almost two years later and sick of dealing with all the issues this TV has. The screen keeps turning off while the sound continues to play. Sound will increase or decrease all by itself. Just a super glitchy TV with an average at best picture quality

Just got today- retiring tomorrow, screen goes black after about 15 minutes, sound is on but screen is totally black. I saw some other reviews about this- such a bummer mine turned out to be a dud. Buyer beware!

This was a vert disappointing TV. This was a Fathers Day gift. My father would call and let me that the sound would go out, then 2 to 3 hours later sound back on. Then the picture goes out & a black screen. Then the next day it would be back on. This would be a bran I would not purchase again

I had to downgrade from a 58" tv to 43" tv due an ongoing audio problem that could not be repaired on 58" set. I was told I had exchange for another set at the price I bought the 58" tv which was on special discount. I should had been offered another tv at least 50" because of 5 months of inconvenience.

This tv and toshiba are trash. Tried getting them to fix it within the manufacturer warranty and they onlt give you one appt time and date and if it doesnt work, SOL. You are welcome to call nack and spend another 45 mins waiting for another 5 hr window appt. Trash, trash, trash.

TV was great for about two weeks. Then the screen turned solid green. Would not work for any Fire Apps. Sound still worked. I had a PS4 connected to HDMI input. The TV worked fine through PS4 so must have something to do with Fire. Really disappointed because Fire TV provides so much versatility.

I had to return this TV a few days after buying it. The screen would randomly go black and i would have to turn it off and re-start. Sometimes you would still here the talking with the black screen. I gave it a few days to see if it was just a short term glitch, but it continued.

Hard to use have to use dish remote and tv remote just. To turn on

Only watched maybe 2 movies on this since I bought it. Put in my man cave for rare occasion that I would actually watch it. Died dead as a door nail. Would not power back on at all . Had to put it in the trash.

Do not purchase this TV at BB as you’ll find it much cheaper at Amazon. Fuerhmore, even though BB promises price matching, they’ll give you a bogus excuse why this doesn’t qualify. Do yourself a favor and just buy at Amazon and they ship for free. Lesson learned.

Had issues with from the first month, wouldn't turn on for over 5 minutes, sound wouldn't work and now after 15 months the screen just flashes once you turn it on making it useless. You can buy a cheap tv like this but don't expect it to last.

It’s a great tv and love the additional apps. BUT, after just 5 months, it stopped working. It turns on to a blank screen. First time I have this kind of issue with a tv. Now I have to buy another tv ASAP because I also use it as part of my office setup. Disappointed.

Screen has glare returned same day wouldn't refer at all
