Straight Garbage

I brought this television last year 2020, didn't open it until 2021. Once my room was remodeled I was so excited about my new tv. Open it, got it all set up for IT NOT TO STAY ON NO LONGER THAN 30MINS. Dont purchase this piece of bull!!

Has anyone encountered this issue?

Losing power

I checked the batteries by placing them into another remote and they worked

Never buy this TV

And now when in an App the sound is very fuzzy and difficult to understand. Want to throw this TV away and purchase just a smart TV!

very disappointed buying an open box item

We had to order a new one on Amazon!

Worst 4K TV

Worst 4k TV in existence. Sounds horrible. No Bluetooth for sound bar. They put all energy on apps and forgot it was supposed to be a 4K TV!!! Please don't waste your time and money.

OF COURSE BESTBUY has 30 day return policy so now i will need to deal with the factory run around.
