No issues so far. High Quality and great resolution. The audio system works very clean as well. The price is great. For me it was in the low 200s, an offer, and has been a great investment. FireTV Smart Software it's very easy to deal with. If you haven't have an Amazon FireTv in a couple days you can be comfortable with one.

Got this tv on 7/28/21 plugged up for 1st time 9/5/21. Picture quality is okay. Might have been better if there wasn't a yellow line running from top to bottom of the screen. Sound is pretty decent. The smart funtion is easy to navigate. Customer service for this brand is awful. I spent almost an hour on the phone with agent, most of that time was on hold to have appointment set. Toshiba it's a no for me from now on.q

Recommended by Best Buy associate. It's been good so far. One time it froze but unplugging it for 5 minutes fixed it. I couldn't find an App for Spectrum TV. (There's one for the Fire Stick but not Fire TV.) I fixed that with a Roku.

It works well but overtime a black streak started to appear on the tv, I don’t notice it that often now cause I’m used to it but it gets annoying especially when gaming

Works great so far! Apps work great with Fire TV and enjoy having 1 remote. Remote even worked with my old Sony blu-ray. 4K screen awesome!

Worked good for the 1 year I had it. I did buy it open box from Best Buy. Luckily I bought warranty because it is now time to replace. The screen glitches constantly. Needs new board, they are just replacing.

Fire TV Update Error

I bought this TV to use in my garage while I was working out. For its size and price, I thought I take a chance on a Toshiba. While the picture quality and sound are adequate, the Fire TV software has an update error. I called Toshiba and Geek Squad and they told me to return it. I'm an hour away from the nearest Best Buy. I returned the set and exchange it for another and encountered the same update error on the second set. Because the Fire TV software failed to update, some of the streaming apps (i. e. NBC) I use do not work. I'm no neophyte when it comes to streaming. I've used and continue to use multiple streaming platforms, including Nvidia Shield, Roku, TiVo, and Google Chrome cast devices. I decided to keep the set instead of driving another hour to return it, however; I'm completely dissatisfied with the software issue on this brand-new television. I had to install another streaming device in one of the spare HDMI ports so that I can use my preferred apps. One expects everything to work properly on a newly purchased unit. I cannot recommend this set because of this software issue.
