I’m surprised I haven’t seen any complaints on this but this TV has extremely low storage. If you’re planning on downloading more than 3 apps, find another TV. There’s only 4Gb of storage before annoying pop ups interrupt what you’re watching and force you to delete apps, most of the space is taken by the Amazon apps that I don’t even want and can’t uninstall. I would have to buy a USB to download what I want. Not worth the price.

I had bad luck. I bought it, I liked it, then the screen was black and the sound kept running, I changed it and the second one came out worse, the screen was damaged with 2 large spots, I was disappointed with the Toshiba brand, I'm going to play it safe: Sony

Put about 20 hours on tv and big spot burned into screen, purchased 3 weeks ago and no longer returnable! Won’t buy anymore TVs from Best Buy and not buying anymore toshiba’s

I bought a tv and paid a lot to have installed with wires in the wall. The installer told my husband he couldn’t do it even though I paid for the kit to install it. The manager rescheduled and they came back out and did it but took the paint off my wall. I’m disgusted. The manager told me to call the Geek squad about the paint but you can’t get them to answer so they know you’ll just give up. I’ll never go back to Best Buy.

Bought it on Black Friday sale, expecting terrible quality, but it was decent. Then I knew it was too good to be true. Less than 2 hours of use, screen is dead.

Tv arrived today and has a red line going down the middle I am going to have to return it.

Can’t get the TV to pair with the remote trouble shooting has not worked

Almost instant set up for those who arent so technically savvy. Very easy to link my accounts and set unit up. Actually highly impressed with picture quality for a unit this size and at this price. Honestly i expected less from the unit but even linked to our game system the noticeable increase in picture quality makes our previous unit look like a tv w rabbit ears from the 60's. Great unit.

Picture is very good, setup easy (although if no Amazon account it will be problematic), interface straight Amazon and works well. Well worth the purchase price. Only small annoyance is the feet used as the stand. This will not be a problem if wall mounted, but if on a table, the feet splay outward. This requires a table wider tha n expected. It would be nice to have the ability to reverse and have them face inward to reduce the width of the surface needed.

This Toshiba 43 inch 4K Smart Fire TV was our first 4K television and Smart TV purchase, after having owned a 'non-smart' 720p television for almost a decade. The difference between the two feels like night and day, especially due to the huge resolution increase along with the HDR (high dynamic range) and Dolby Vision sound. The speediness of the TV in switching almost seamlessly between multiple apps is quite noticeable, as well as the convenience of having access to a large variety of streaming apps as well as multi-purpose apps is very useful for our family to watch programming on a variety of services. The voice remote is an underrated feature in terms of usefulness as well, as we routinely use it in order to ask 'Alexa' to open a specific app or switch to another input. The only slight downsides I would say that this TV has are that the blacks are not the darkest in terms of its lighting, and the HDR's range is not as wide as that of higher-end televisions, and the speaker's bass isn't quite as deep as I was expecting, but considering the price we paid for this Smart TV I would definitely recommend it as it was a huge upgrade for our family.

Not the darkest in terms of blacks but great for watching sports and catching up on your shows before heading to bed. Super feature rich with Amazon FireTV built in. Mixes in live TV channels right with my streaming services so everything is at your fingertips. One button access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO and Prime right from the remote along with full Alexa voice control. It could not be more convenient which is truly perfect for a bedroom or second set. I haven’t had it for long though so I cannot comment on reliability. I have an older Toshiba that I gave to my son which is decades old, I am definitely willing to give it a chance. Can’t beat the price either!

We really love our new 43" Toshiba Fire TV Edition with UHD. It was easy to set up and install. The picture quality is "Excellent." We replace our 11 year old TV with this new one and WOW!!!!!!! what a difference. The added bonus was the price and the cost of the 5 year warranty. Best Buy has the best prices and great sale prices. I will being purchasing from Best Buy again in the near future. Stephen Moon Lafayette, Alabama.

For the money (was on sale for about $260.00) you can't beat the size and features. Back-lit LED, SMART, and 4K TV. Easy set-up and looks great. Add an up converter blu-ray and you will be surprised at the quality of how basic dvd's and blu-ray look, let alone the 4K streaming from services like Netflix and Amazon.

Hands Down Toshiba's are the best especially for the price you can find at best buy. As a smart TV you need nothing but one remote to switch between TV and online streaming of your your subscriptions or internet sites (you-tube, pandora, google). Picture is great/size was prefect for a bedroom or common area, and very very easy to set up.

Pros: This is an nice television with excellent picture, sound quality, etc. Ease of connecting to various services such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc. The display is wonderful. The screen is easy to read. Functions such as brightness, tint, etc. are easy to find and navigate. Cons: Set-up is a bit difficult. The other difficulty is with the remote control. The remote is not clearly marked in terms of directions and where you should click for various items. It was designed more for selling the various services connected with the tv. Once you learn the various navigation steps, it gets much easier but does take some practice. You also cannot operate your cable service with the provided remote. You have to operate the cable separately with the separate remote from your cable provider. It is not an all-in-one remote control.
