The only thing that I have issues w sometimes is when I turn on my PS5, a green screen pops up. I have to turn off the tv and turn on again. It goes away right away. Not sure if it’s just a tv glitch with mine or a lot of them have the same problem.

It replaces a Hisense smart TV --- OF THE SAME SIZE WHICH FAILED AFTER APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR. i AM ASKING YOU TO EMAIL ME THE RECEIPT OR RECORD OF TRANSACTION ON THE PURCHASE OF THE HISENSE TV WHICH FAILED. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM, SO PLEASE SEARCH YOUR RECORDS FOR THAT RECEIPT. THIS WAY THE BEST BUY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WILL BE ABLE TO GET A HIGH MARK IN THE FUTURE.
