I've had the 32" Toshiba for a couple years and upgraded to the 43" LED 4K UHD. I've only had positive experience with this TV brand, display is sharp and clear, no issues. The only improvement I suggest is improving sound quality, but maybe I can run the robot vacuum or heater on when I'm not watching TV.

I’m giving this tv five stars because it met all of my requirements when searching for a tv to replace the one that’s been in my office for over ten years. The picture clarity is extraordinary, it has all current technologies including Bluetooth and Alexa and its 4K. It’s definitely a Best Buy!

This is a good TV but they try to improve it with OS updates that push there content and change location of other items. The interface is snappy, for now. We have had other smart TVs that the interface becomes borderline unusable.

The tv works as intended. There are a few things I noticed that I dislike. The tv turns off after a short amount of time of being paused. I dislike this a lot. There have been multiple times I go to use the restroom or talk on the phone and the tv has turned off. The other issue I have with this tv is the remote to tv response. There is a short delay. For the price, I would recommend it but I use this tv for an office tv while I work. I would not purchase this tv or any roku tv for a living area or bedroom tv. I have noticed a lot of issues with Roku TVs and streaming devices that are a bit annoying.

Great television! Ready to go right out of the box! I bought this TV for the master bedroom to replace a smaller TV that burned out. I am very happy with this purchase, the clarity and display are wonderful. All you need to do is log into your accounts i.e. Hulu, Netflix, etc. and enjoy your shows!

We purchased this for our bedroom and have been amazed at the video quality. We’ve honestly had to turn the brightness down some at night to let our eyes adjust. The remote is very useful with the streaming services pre-selected, and the ability to open things with Alexa.

The TV image quality is great. The apps work great. I'm not a huge fan of the Fire arrangement of how they pop up when you turn on tv, but it is understandable given that it is a Fire TV from Amazon. The setup is guided and worked very well for me. I recommend it.

I replaced 24 inch monitors (2) with this 4K TV by using the HDMI port. As a bonus it also is a great internet TV. It also found 62 on air channels when connected to an external antenna.

This was my first Fire TV and I am very pleased. It’s very compatible with my Amazon account and my firestick. The instructions about how to unbox the television were sent to me before the TV arrived and they were very clear. The TV is beautiful, and I am really enjoying it.

very nice product. you need a wide mounting unit that would fit this tv. you also need an amazon account because this is amazon tv + Alexa in order to be able to download diesney+ App, however netflix is built in so it works without amazon account.

I ordered this television at 4AM and it was delivered by noon. I'm sure that everyone doesn't get their items delivered that soon but it is an indication that Best Buy has a system that works. The Toshiba Fire TV will not connect to 5Ghz modems so that was a disappointment.The Toshiba Fire TV will only reliably connect to 2.4 Ghz modems.I discovered that after hours of troubleshooting online and talking to the Toshiba technician. According to the forums and reviews that is a common problem.

I purchased TWO of these Toshiba 43"" TVs. One for each bedroom. They arrived, I opened the FIRST ONE and got it set up without any issue and it worked great. The PRODUCT itself is great. I waited two weeks to open the SECOND ONE and when I did the SCREEN WAS CRACKED AND SHATTERED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. I CALLED BEST BUT TO LET THEM KNOW IT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN OVER THE 15 DAYS SINCE THE DATE OF DELIVERY. I DID NOT REQUEST A REFUND,I JUST WANTED A TV THAT WORKED. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT BEST BUY HAS ONE OF THE WORST RETURN POLICIES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND WILL NEVER BE PURCHASING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

I purchased this TV because a free echo dot came with the purchase. I actually love the convenience of only having to find one remote, and being able to load my streaming services with the click of a button. For the price, this was a great buy.

This tv has been a delight...it was actually a birthday gift for my mother..we both enjoy it immensely for I visit often. The firestick is excellent, she is extremely delighted with her gift. Overall I made my mom hay for her birthday. Thank you.
