The picture/sound quality is good enough, but the TV hangs every now and then, at least once every week. You'd need to plug it off and plug back in to force a hard reboot. Probably memory corruption. The remote control is also quite not responsive as good as the latest models (I think 350 series), that we purchased and returned only because of size restrictions.

I Honestly would recommend this tv to anyone that is looking for a really good quality fire stick tv, it’s not too big and not too small. The audio makes me feel like I’m in the movie theaters and the screen is so nice and clear. I love it!

Good quality screen. There's some motion blur that happens during fast scenes, but that's to be expected. Wasn't expecting top quality from Toshiba but it's good enough for a bed room TV.

Great little tv I mainly use LG for all home appliances and TV but this one I put outside so i didn’t want to break the budget thinking this would not last being outside and months later it’s still going strong.

Geek Squad was amazing, gave me solid advice after tower was hit by electrical impulses that fried the wifi . i am now able to get the wifi with external adapter . WHO KNEW. THE SQUAD KNEW , i am fortunate to have the Geek Squad working for me . Thank You ALL

If your looking for a good upgrade that's affordable and easy to setup? This is one model that was a easy replacement for an older 35' Phillips TV. Also available in 55'. Would recommend to anybody who's in the market that just wants a smart TV.

I purchased this TV for several reasons. I needed a home security monitor, the brand name and the price. I don’t have cable or dish but now I can watch YouTube. It also works great as my home security monitor.

Great quality screen. The image is really crisp and it supports Dolby! Only downside are the speakers aren’t always clear. You will need to turn subtitles on so you don’t miss any dialogue.

Pretty good tv. 8months into owning it and im starting to notice the screen goes a little blurry at times. Only happens for a couple seconds though.

Bought it for 249.99 - great price for an average 4k TV for the guest bedroom. Fire smart interface can be a bit sluggish, but that is only compared to a higher end QLED that I have.

Some of the menu navigation was different than what I was use to. Ended up going with an LG to fit rest of the TVs in the house.

I really like this tv but the only thing is you can't turn off fire tv to use for your cable service until you have to always change to your input which is tuff for my husband to use

Got this on sale and have no regrets. Primarily used in Prayer Room for watching masses when unable to attend, but the built in firestick allows us to access a plethora of prayers also.

43" Hisense Roku TV: Good price, good access to my long-time apps; however, there seems to be an unsolvable issue with the memory buffer causing some apps to slow down or lock up. Turning off the TV to clear the memory cache restores its ability to buffer movies, but some apps like Peacock and Disney+ can jam up if there has been too much search activity within the app. Restarting the TV and going directly to the desired movie/show is the current workaround.

The Toshiba FireTV is a very nice package, but it has one very annoying problem. The sleep timer turns off the TV after 20 minutes, and there is no way from the menu to disbale this function. If you search the FireTV forum on Amazon you will find steps to fix this issue, but I am sure this is beyond what most buyers are going to do. I suspect Best Buy will have many Open Box returns onthis TV unless Toshiba/Amazon come up with a software fix very quickly.

Not only am I totally satisfied with the products themselves I am BEYOND IMPRESSED with the ease and efficiency of buying from Best Buy online, ordered my TV at approximately 10am and had it that same day!!!

Great TV. Not so great quality control on the packaging. The screws for the stand were not included in the box. It took a day to track down the screw specs and buy them.

Bought an open box and unfortunately the screen was damaged when I unpacked at home. Had to return. Also bought an Insignia Fire TV at the same time. Was $20 cheaper and appears to be same TV.

The images are great. The volume is not high enough and there are issues with the remote.
