This is our second purchase of this television. For a bedroom TV, you can't do better for the money. We don't use the on board smart tv features opting instead for our Nvidia Shield TV 4k Pro.

We are planning on mounting this but find that the overhead light is visible in the screen. Not sure if all TVs are like this but that is something I would like to see in a future version.

This was a great TV until a power outage and something inside got fried.

The 4k tv with the reasonable price in the market. I had been tryin to find the 4k tv which I can watch streamings and play ps5 games at the same time and this tv is indeed killing it

Ok for a low priced TV with Fire TV. Can't change screen ratio in Fire TV Mode. Audio out mutes TV speakers , my old Toshiba did not I have wireless speakers I wanted to add to this TV.

Great TV but even though it offers apple tv 3 month free subscription, the tv itself is not iOS compatible. I bought this tv so that I would be able to share my screen from my apple device and the whole family could watch. The picture will share via a separate app you need to purchase on your apple device but the sound either doesn't come out or it comes out distorted. I have called best buy for tech support but they couldn't figure it out. Searching the web come to find out the tv is not compatible with apple. Feeling disappointed.

Purchased open box, would shut down after an hour or so and the audio would continue, brought it back and they gave me a brand new one that works great now. Perfect for my grandmother

So the picture quality and sound are pretty good, but that's pretty much where the pros end. My two biggest problems with this tv are the input delay and the terrible responsiveness with the remote. Oh my god, it is the worst combination to ever exist on a tv. My remote inputs hardly ever register, and when they do, there is a significant delay. So usually while I spam the clicker to get it to register, all of my previous inputs are delayed and eventually get registered but then proceeds to overshoot because I did not know it had registered yet. Even worse, sometimes it bugs out from the multiple clicks like when I try to turn up the volume, so then it repeats the input over and over without my control and just shoots to max volume TLDR: A great-looking and sounding tv, but the usability is just not there, look for better tv.

Let’s be honest, I didn’t know what I was buying. I wanted a TV, I didn’t know what fire TV was. Regardless, the TV does exactly what I needed it to do, it was a plus that it gathered all the air channels into a TV guide.

So far so good. I use it outside on my deck. Connects to the wifi immediately. I used the fire TV for all my streaming services Disn3y, prime, YouTube, YouTube TV, Netflix, and hulu with no problems.

Brought it because I dropped cable tv. It works perfectly on the WiFi and the apps work fast. I now just have Disney plus with the Hulu and ESPN, Philo, Tubi and Pluto tv. I can watch all my shows for only $32 a month now.

The staff at the Cranberry Best Buy was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Yhe product itself was an excellent product at an incredible price. I will definitely shop at this Best Buy again.

Great tv for the kids room, The fire tv has issues locking up and Disney plus on this tv only unplugging the tv and powering back on is the only way I have found to get firetv and Disney to start working again.

Decent 4K TV for the next-gen gaming consoles. I don’t think it actually supports 120 Hz refresh rate. But, the best TVs for these consoles cost thousands. This is a good budget buy.

Not sure what the thought process was here. Works great as a FireTV device, but its very difficult figuring out how to switch over to any other input sources such as Cable or Satellite. It can be done, but the process is very non intuitive, and makes it kind of unusable as a spare room guest television. But it did have a great picture, and the dedicated buttons on the remote was awesome.

Graphucs are beautiful and i enjoy being able to use more than one source input and able to just watch YouTube or any other streaming like video thing without having to but some kind of special device

Bought this tv for our outdoor patio and it was great at first. Then the tv kept turning off. So we had to return it and got an insignia.

Everything was good about our purchase. It was easy, it was ready, it was put in our car for us, it worked when we got to the destination. Thank you.

For the price it’s great. I like the built in alexa and it is actually responsive. Sound quality isn’t the best but you get what you pay for. With a sound bar it would be fine.

Though a small TV, has all the features of the larger models. I have grown to prefer the Fire interface, and this was more robust than the 4k Fire Stick I was using, which was already good. Buy with confidence.
