I got this monitor from my kid the TV and a loves it because resolution is great so I always look for good bargains

Can't do Chromecast is the only complaint unless I disconnect it from the upstairs TV and takeit down to the Toshiba. Other than that itis great.

So far, so good. At first I thought I had to send it back because the picture go out after 30mins. I just believe my cord wasn't in tight enough. We will see.

I think you get for what you paid. The platform can take a while to follow commands but we cant win them all.

Keeps telling me that the Fire tv memory full. Some times have to turn tv on and off to get software to fully boot up

I found the remote comfortable and easy to use, and it also conveniently includes dedicated buttons for Alexa as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, and Playstation

This TV exceeded my expectations! The speakers are better than my sound bar I love Amazons integration and the Dolby Vision is also nice!

Just bought to replace an older (5+ year) Samsung. The volume could be better, but I’m using it with a sound bar and so far I’m pleased.

Well... To keep it short. We bought this TV for my Mother In-Law, who has early Alzheimer, in the hopes it will reduce the stress of her getting to her favorite show, by using voice commands and some other technology. It doesn't communicate well with the other devices, despite what the sales person stated. While we devised a work-around for that, there is another very annoying issue, that will make us take the TV back. That is the screen goes totally black after a while, while the sound remains. We have made the changes we located, on many websites, of the power adjustments and such, but the TV still goes black. Due to COVID, we have not been able to do anything about it, since she lives in a medical care facility. Hopefully, once we get the all-clear to go in there, we can grab the TV and BestBuy will allow is to exchange or replace w/o issue.... even though it will be well beyond the 30-days.

I really like the FireTV. Only thing I wish it had (and maybe I just didn't find it) was the ability to mirror or cast your phone to the TV.

This Toshiba was an excellent addition to our bedroom. Since we use Amazon Fire TV, it was even more amazing with Alexa built in! Highly recommend.

Happy with tv. Alexa integration could use some work but does the job.

Easy setup, Good picture but sound lacks solid sound, not enough apps to choose from.

Daughters wish for christmas it is perfect and you are able to download more apps to avoid having to pay for cable

Good tv overall. Setup programming was difficult. Tv consistently looks for a connection to Amazon which is very irritating.

I liked this tv but wiped it down and it put a huge line and picture became deformed

This has held up really well for me for two years so far and it is a great starter 4k tv.

the tv has pretty good picture and sound quality, which makes it all the more frustrating that it has several software issues that make me really regret not returning it while i had the chance. the input switching problem is super annoying, where the screen goes blank and you have to go back to the main menu and try again. the next issue is that the screen will randomly, and quite frequently, turn off while the sound continues, and the only way to fix it is to turn the tv off and then on again. and perhaps the worst offense is the amazon bloatware that takes up all of the internal memory and is unable to be deleted, prompting frequent pop-up messages that "you're running out of space!" this is the worst tv i've ever bought in my life. toshiba and amazon biffed it hard.
