This TV it has great features. I recommend it 100%.

Cannot get Apple + to install on this TV. Have talked to Apple+ and Toshiba to no avail. All other streaming platforms work.

The TV is a little bulkier than most other 4K TV's, and the picture is not as good as a Vizio, Samsung, or LG. But you get what you pay for and for an office TV, this is very good.

Meh, not my favorite tv I purchased but was priced accordingly. Prior to purchasing however we bought a hisense 4K TV which was the same price but had much better image quality.

TV was great for the first 3 wks until it gradually started glitching, fuzzing and buzzing often everyday. TV was handled with utmost care when setting it up so there’s no doubt that this TV was too delicate to be stocked up at a store and to arrive to your home in a perfect condition. The connection between the TV and remote is very slow and unpredictable as well. The sound needs a lot of adjusting since some sound can be much louder than the characters talking. It’s been only a month and now the geek squad has to exchange some parts 2 wks later which is the earliest available appointment. I’ve had other SHARP 4K smart TV before from bestbuy and its quality was much better and it never had any issues like this ever and had better screen and sound quality. I wish Bestbuy had more Sharp products. Toshiba needs to improve in building longer lasting products as well as do better at product inspections for the price they ask. I will definitely go with other electronic brands nxt time. It definitely isn’t as good as it says in the product details. Hopefully this TV will cope well upon moving homes in the future.

The TV itself is fine no problems at all. The remote on the other had is the issue. The back of the remote slides off easily and for no reason.

Ok tv but sometimes flickers May need quicker processor. Was very bothersome in the beginning. But it is a inexpensive tv

Have to use both the Toshiba remote and the Spectrum to operate the TV. Picture quality not as good as with my other tv's which are not a Toshiba.

The TV is fine, I'm not very impressed the the color quality and a few other minor things. I'm comparing with our old TV which was a different brand and probably more expensive.

This tv comes with not a normal remote comes with a fire stick only remote and will not come with a stander remote but the great image and great tv.

Seemed like a nice TV but it was not easy to connect to my other devices, it kept saying source not detected after showing the device briefly.

The screen size is fine, but the remote is terrible, as in "really, absolutely" terrible: not user-friendly. I am almost ready to have you take it back and the jury is still out. I AM ABOUT TO CONSIDER NO MORE PURCHASES FROM BEST BUY, as this is a true fiasco. Soon to say "bye-bye" to Best Buy where , formerly, I could trust the salesmen -- NO MORE!

Out of the box the HDMI input is very inconsistent, taking several times of plugging out and in for it to establish a connection. I assumed it was my HDMI cords that were the problem but I switched through multiple and even bought a new cord from Best Buy, still no difference. When it is working, it works fine and does the job. I did not damage the TV at all, the HDMI connection just turned out to be very inconvenient.

great for the price, does all that it claims. I just needed a 4K TV that did cost me so much and still looked pretty good.

I like the TV when its working correctly. But the picture disappears while sound is still on. Can not find a solution yet

This has been nothing but problems for me. I purchased it for my husband and it continues to have storage issues and also stops working due to no wifi which we have but it periodically disconnects it from wifi and then we cannot use it since it does not get channels.

I’m almost ready to return it! I can’t get it to stop going to a black screen while on Netflix or Prime. Bought for my 87 yr old mother in law to make it easier to watch Netflix and prime. I’m following online tips and trying to get fixed but so far it hasn’t worked. There are many online examples of this happing - most have been able to fix it but we have not.
