Apple+ won’t install on this TV

Great for an office TV.

But you get what you pay for and for an office TV, this is very good.

Prior to purchasing however we bought a hisense 4K TV which was the same price but had much better image quality.

Starts glitching after just a few weeks.

TV was handled with utmost care when setting it up so there’s no doubt that this TV was too delicate to be stocked up at a store and to arrive to your home in a perfect condition. The connection between the TV and remote is very slow and unpredictable as well. The sound needs a lot of adjusting since some sound can be much louder than the characters talking. It’s been only a month and now the geek squad has to exchange some parts 2 wks later which is the earliest available appointment. I’ve had other SHARP 4K smart TV before from bestbuy and its quality was much better and it never had any issues like this ever and had better screen and sound quality. I wish Bestbuy had more Sharp products. Toshiba needs to improve in building longer lasting products as well as do better at product inspections for the price they ask. I will definitely go with other electronic brands nxt time. It definitely isn’t as good as it says in the product details. Hopefully this TV will cope well upon moving homes in the future.

Good TV at a good price

Major disappointment

I am almost ready to have you take it back and the jury is still out. I AM ABOUT TO CONSIDER NO MORE PURCHASES FROM BEST BUY, as this is a true fiasco. Soon to say "bye-bye" to Best Buy where , formerly, I could trust the salesmen -- NO MORE!

TV is OK, HDMI isn’t consistent

I assumed it was my HDMI cords that were the problem but I switched through multiple and even bought a new cord from Best Buy, still no difference. When it is working, it works fine and does the job. I did not damage the TV at all, the HDMI connection just turned out to be very inconvenient.

Do not buy

I purchased it for my husband and it continues to have storage issues and also stops working due to no wifi which we have but it periodically disconnects it from wifi and then we cannot use it since it does not get channels.

Blank screen and sound - can’t remedy

I can’t get it to stop going to a black screen while on Netflix or Prime. Bought for my 87 yr old mother in law to make it easier to watch Netflix and prime. I’m following online tips and trying to get fixed but so far it hasn’t worked. There are many online examples of this happing - most have been able to fix it but we have not.
