I like the tv, the picture is of very good quality and the sound is great. The stand is sturdy and it’s easy to put together. Set up took a little while to walk them through it as they do not understand the ‘SmartTv’ lingo, and the remote use and initial start up could be a little easier. Overall, a good tv for the average user.

Went to hook it up and had all kinds of problems making it work on cable. I now have to use to different remotes to make it work. the remote with the tv has know way to change channels unless you use Alexis which I do not want. Have to turn on set with cable tv remote then use tv remote to put it on HDMI1 then use cable remote to change channels and volume, this sucks!!

A perfect upgrade

They had a very old set and you would have thought they won the lottery. I was pleased with the ease at which I put it together, although the connection part wasn't so easy but this was more of the cable company's issue, not the tv. Very happy with it. Great price for a crisp picture.
