||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the TV, however, we are a streaming family on sat internet so need to lower to video quality, Since this is a high p item, lowering hulu and others to a video or data saving quality is not available (that I have found yet). Other than that, LOVE IT!!!! love having one remote to control all the streaming items and no extra wires or remotes to deal with. I know we haven't tapped into all the aspects of this amazing TV, but we love what we have to date!

If it weren't for Alexa, we couldn't even use it. I'm truly having thoughts about buying another so-called "smart tv". Best Buy has ordered us another remote, so, maybe this will solve the problem. The "geeks" were great, "Smart TVs", questionable.
