Great smart tv but doesn’t play nice with Comcast

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good tv and it is great if using it with the remote that comes with as a smart tv but was purchased for elderly parents who use primarily for cable and it doesn’t play nice with xfinity/Comcast universal remote. Pairs fine but still have to use the remote that comes with it to select the cable option when starting it up and so less than ideal for people who want to just use one remote.
