Misleading "open box" does not mean floor model. Tv came with no remote so I called store was told customer returns are cheaper since may not come with remote. I ask for supervisor who found a box with remote but no screws to attached tv to mount on wall. Found some screws of our own to mount tv then tv would not turn on. Read online how to trouble shoot pulled out plug held tv on off switch for 30 secs then some hope but then black screen again. Many attempts to turn tv on decided to return tv for another not "open box".

I bought the 49 in and returned it bc it was flickering in green and got the 43 in and it did the same thing. And the lag btw the remote to ths tv was super annoying. I decided toshiba is not for me so I returned it and stuck to what I know...vizio.

I’ve had this Toshiba Smart TV for a year. Unfortunately I’ve had problems with it since I first plugged it in. I’m very upset about this because I like Toshiba products and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue.

Can't go directly to a specific channel. No channel button to go up or down or punching in a number to go directly to desired channel. Now I have a problem with the remote. Poor. Some buttons don't work anymore. Only had set working for one week. TV keeps wanting me to connect to internet. I originally had it set to basic TV. Will not use internet or Amazon. Cannot use voice commands on remote unless you sign up for Amazon. Bogus. Smart TV, no way. Changed batteries and some or most of the buttons not working. Also, there is a slight humm coming from the TV.

The legs are not very good & difficult to install. There were NO instructions on how to use this tv. I don't know fire stick so I NEED help. Also, there was NO warranty card to mail.. Very disappointing. I need the warranty card & instructions!

This TV doesn't look very good structurally or picture wise. Toshiba needs to up their game. I booed this TV from the moment I set it up. I bought it for my 6 year nephew's room. Needless to say even he hates it. Boooooooooo.

This TV has a good picture. Fire TV forces you to create an account in order to download apps. Very inferior to Roku. TV shuts off randomly. I wouldn’t buy this again.

It’s a good tv. Has many apps you can download. Doesn’t however have the spectrum app and sometimes the tv will not shut off with remote. I just go to the home screen and tv will power off within 10 minutes.

I bought this for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was great at first but now there is a green line that goes through the screen off and on. Also the smart TV features are not easy to operate.

This is a very disappointing and difficult product to deal with, nothing will connect wirelessly to it. Good quality on the picture, not on the sound. You need to have an amazon prime account to have all the features available, and it’s really annoying to see al the time amazon we bought three of them for our business and take them back quickly. We got three LG 43” and they are outstanding and they will fulfill our needs

The receiver pixelates as if processing a poor signal. I have a Channel Master roof mount antenna and my other TVs work well at the same time and cable hook up point. Also you don't select channels by their number. There are no numbers on the remote. It is a minimum 2 button process to change the channel. If you're are a channel surfer like me forget it. The picture is nice when there is enough signal

TV turns on to the Fire home screen. You have to use the Fire remote to change to live tv. The apps take longer to load than our Apple TV in our other room.

To change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Last Input. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched.
