Think twice.

Seems to often have a problem with the Hulu app. Will shut down in the middle of using. It’s not Hulu because this is the tv most often with the problem. Something to do with the amazon fire. Very annoying. Wish I could return.

No remote. Can’t even use it

It says “nonessential parts may be missing.” Well the remote was missing and you can’t even use the TV at all without the remote. Complete waste of money. Returning tomorrow and calling Best Buy. Such BS!!! Never buy open box again.

A very mediocre TV at a budget price.

The picture is awful in any dark scenes. The interface is painfully slow. The network connection seems to have issues. The speaker placement actually seems to make it louder behind the TV than where you're viewing it.

The TV just would not control the sound bar consistently, or even at all at times. On top of that, the picture just doesn't look very good. I bought a Vizio D-Series 40" instead and it's a much better picture.

Amazon doesn't allow some of their competitors' apps on their precious tvs. I can't even download the YoutubeTV app without a workaround trick. I had to replace my Roku TV, which was unrepairable after only 10 months of ownership. Until it broke, the Roku Smart TV was perfect. I decided on the FireTV because the sales person in the store told me there was no difference between Roku and FireTV. Well, I didn't do my research before going to the store and next time that won't happen.

You get what you pay for

I can turn it on and hit the "Netflix" button but when I try to scroll or do anything else it doesn't work. Save your money and buy something better.

Audio/Video Sync Issue

I have purchased a sound bar, as the TV speakers are inadequate. Have changed the audio connection from HDMI to audio cables without success. Ready to return it

3 Strikes and your Out..............

The first TV worked for a few days then the speaker had a bad hum, so back it went to BB, the exchanged TV worked for 2 weeks until the screen froze on the "Select Your Language" screen. I spoke with Toshiba rep who had me try many things that didn't work, so today it went back to BB for a 3rd try. Unpacked 3rd TV, set it up and you guessed it the 3rd TV froze on the "Select Your Language screen. I will return and try a different brand. Seems Toshiba knows of this issue as their was many posts on site search for this issue.
