This 43 inch Toshiba is an excellent TV and an excellent value. I find the smart tv interface to be user friendly and useful navigating the streaming and over-the-air channel content. I would definately recommend this tv.

The TV and the mount were of excellent quality. The install was delayed because they could not locate a mount initially. Once they located a mount, an install date was set and everything went smoothly from there.

Hard for an old lady to learn new things. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get my local channels and finally had to call my internet provider. The TV inself is great, I just don't know how to use it. :-( But...I'm learning.

The TV is great. I bought this model mainly because it was a "Fire TV," something I was used to. I had an Amazon Fire Stick with my old TV and it's so much nicer that it is built in. I have no complaints about the TV.

The picture quality is nice however it is very difficult to navigate through the different options. It also defaults to the factory settings if it is unplugged requiring to repeat your setup preferences.

Purchased Black Friday for my daughters bedroom. She has a small 32 inch and she is getting an upgrade. She wanted a fire TV so I found this used my Best Buy points and paid next to nothing.

At first I was very frustrated with this tv, but now we love it. It at first was replacing a tv that broke down. Now my son has this tv in his room and he absolutely loves it, especially for his video games.

Picture quality is good. Smart TV functions not so Great! This TV has crashed more times than I can count. Just basic search functions or using the voice command will cost it to crash. Even sometimes just changing inputs the TV has reset!

My wife broke our tv in our room so I bought this tv. It’s pretty cheap actually. It’s not too big but also not too small. I like the different apps you can download. It’s also connected to our Amazon echo.

I bought tv when i was still in hs iv had since i graduated over 3 years going strong.

purchased this tv for a client that has difficulty operating a regular remote control, but with the voice activated remote they can navigate to whatever they wish to watch. They love the TV.

Luv this tv!!! This is the loudest volume TV I have ever had in my life. It’s also great that the fire stick is already in the TV. I bought a second one already for another room! & cant beat the price!!

Hard to find "deals" in another area -- in this case, KS -- where I wanted to buy a TV for a relative. Once Best-Buy got me to the right "national desk", the purchase went well and my relative was very happy.

This is exactly the TV I was looking for. I love the Amazon dashboard and I am able to use all my streaming services without any issue. Very easy to setup and start using.

I'm absolutely in love with the functionality of my TV. Just by simply connected my Amazon account I have access to all my favorite programs on Prime. The best part is the Alexa feature.

I went in knowing what I wanted. It was not on the floor and the salesman gladly went back and got one that was in stock for me.

Unfortunately, I got the wrong product. I went in and asked for a hard drive. To be honest, I really didn't know what I was supposed to get. Turns out, per my tech guy, I was supposed to get an external hard drive. Anyway, when I talked to the store associate and asked him to point me to the Sandisk hard drives, he never asked which kind and hooked me up with an internal drive. If he would have asked which kind, I would have gotten more direction from my tech guy. Seems like that's something he should have clarified with me. But I was partially at fault, That's why I didn't give him 1 star.

This is my first fire tv and I love it! It took forever to get and some how the curbside pick up got messed up, but the people at Quail Springs made it right and made sure I had my order within 24 hours.

Pros: Works quick and well Cons: Amazon apps & system is installed in TV and some apps are unable to be removed Overall: Solid purchase, does the job, but now I have one more "smart" item in my home spying on me lol

Amazon products are definitely a plus! I love the picture sound and design of the tv.
