Glitchy- don’t recommend

It isn’t user friendly and buffers often. I have other smart TV’s and should have gotten a Roku TV. The TV will have me sign into my cable account for an app each time I start the app and typing is inconvenient as well. Or it will sign in and then it goes back to the sign in page without working. I’d return it if I didn’t burn the box it came in already.

Remote won’t work after a week.

NOTHING resolved. Now I have to come out of pocket and buy a universal remote. Both companies did nothing in terms of offering me a replacement remote, credit towards future purchase, NOTHING.

The fire tv portion is TERRIBLE with only 5gb of space to utilize apps. I've had it a year and it is absolutely horrible. The fire tv portion CONSTANTLY freezes, it barely responds and works when it wants to. Do yourself a favor - don't buy this piece of garbage.

WARNING: Do not buy

It took more than 6 hours to update the system. At first, it shows the amazon fire logo then it cycle to installing latest update, it been doing this loop for more than 6 hours. When you restart the TV, the screen is flickering.

Freezes when streaming

You have to go out of the program you’re watching and then back in to unfreeze it. This happens when the TV is streaming, not when cable is being used. Very annoying. I wouldn’t recommend.

It would turn on whenever it wanted to even in the middle of the night. I reset it to factory settings and it still did its own thing. It does not have a turn on timer.

Toshiba Bought Out

Thank the Lord for Warranty! I will never buy this again. On phone AT&T 1-1/2 hrs. Waited for AT&T to come. Bad TV. Had to cancel warranty on old one and get a new one. On phone with BB for 1-1/2 hrs.

If you have any interruptions in your internet service you will be unable to use the tv even via connecting an HDMI cord to another device. Wish I had known about this prior to purchasing.
