    Two days and stopped working

    I can't believe this. I bought this TV two days ago. Suddenly the remote will only turn the TV on/off. Bought new batteries; nothing. Tried unplugging TV to restart the system; nothing.

    I have had this TV less than one year and its already not working. It's outside of my return window and of course I didn't purchase the service agreement. So I guess I'm just out!

    Purchased to be delivered to an elderly woman for same day delivery, during CV her previous tv was damaged and needed something asap. I ordered this for her, contacted a csr to update the apartment number and they changed the delivery. So she had to wait 5 days for a delivery for a product that should've been delivered the same day. It's the only reason I purchased this from them. Had I known it was going to take so long I would have most definitely purchased a cheaper tv from another company. So would I recommend this? NO. Check out one of the other companies they have them on sale for a good 20-60 cheaper and you'll receive it faster.

    The TV makes a loud "buzzing" noise when turned on. Very annoying. I would have returned the item however timing was off and the box got tossed. Luckily it is a TV that doesn't get a lot of use.

    This tv has been miserable since we got it. Takes forever to load anything. Constantly problematic. It is absolute trash.

    Bul crap no return in 30 days Change input !!!!

    TVs OK picture is not as good as 4K but it’s OK but unlike my 50 inch every time I turn it off I have to turn it back on and select input it will not stay on cable they will not stay on the input that’s been previously selected which is very difficult for my nanny your grandmother who hast to try to figure out how to get the input button so I have to do it for her this is bull crap and now I can’t return it because it has been less than 30 days but you only got one 15 days I don’t understand this bul crap

    The remote goes out all the time. The TV itself reboots all the time even when not using WiFi.

    Perhaps these large TV's are only meant to last a year or so, but I have had more issues with connectitivity, including random/fathom shut offs - YIKEEEES!!!! I am just kinda putting up with it-purchased two years ago 3-2021, until I either move or if it just gets to where I just can't take it anymore.

    This size TV was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s more of a 38” instead of a 43”. But I guess it depends on how you measure it

      The screen size is measured diagonally (42.5").
      The screen width, measured from left to right, is 38.1".

    I am regretting purchasing or receiveing this tv, as a replacement for my sharp/roku tv. This tv will not receive local or work with my Comcast/Xfinity cable TV. The only way you can receive local channels is with a antenna. Defeats the purpose of having cable TV. I don't recommend this product to anyone. Do not purchase any type of Amazon Fire TV. Stick with Roku TV's.

      This TV still have QAM tuner. A QAM tuner allows your TV to tune into the unscrambled signals from local TV stations and receive digital broadcast channels. A QAM tuner does not replace the services of a cable box, as it will only tune in to channels that are unscrambled; other scrambled (or encrypted) digital cable channels require a cable subscription and a cable box. If you have a cable box and subscription, you don’t need a QAM tuner.

    Picture was grainy compared to other tvs in the house. The fire tv portion responed slow compared to a fire stick. I returned the tv the next day. I bought it on sale for 179.99 which was a little less than other 43 tvs I looked at but still wasn't worth it.

    It's really not a bad tv, but I was under the impression that I would be able to access digital channels as well.

    This Tv is frequently showing a thick green fuzzy line on the bottom of the screen when trying to watch TV. I’ll also add that when I contacted customer service and arranged for it to be picked up, they set a date, and no one showed up . I waited the entire day . Never ever again will I order from Best Buys online , and I certainly recommend Against buying this particular TV

    I purchased this tv November 20, 2020. December 2, 2022 the picture went out. Turned it off for about 30 minutes turned it back on and even changed outlets. No sound or picture. Just the red light at the bottom comes on and that’s all. First time buying this brand and the last.

    The first Tv we received had a major glitch in the software screen would freeze apps would take ten minutes to open Remote would not respond for several minutes at a time. The second tv we received takes about twenty seconds to start anything it’s connected to It is not a WIFI speed issue or a signal issue. That has been tested.

    I bought the first one with protection plan the screen was broken I returned it but they didn’t give me another one I had to buy the second tv again it’s is not a good experience for me. Even though I am a technical member I felt disappointed not sure potronizing best buy again
