Only got me through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Now that I’ve had this TV for 1 year and 11 days (five or take a couple days), the picture has gone black (but I still have audio) and no amount of resetting or unplugging has worked. I can’t see the settings well enough to adjust the brightness but I don’t think that’s the issue here.

Not worth it

I got this tv and remote a few months ago and at first was changing the batteries every 2 weeks and the last two months it’s been every few days. Never had to change remote batteries more than like once a year (prob longer) before. Wouldn’t recommend

One minute it’s extremely low & the next it’s obnoxiously loud. Wanted to love it but had to return. Don’t waste your time or money on this “dumb” smart tv (pun intended)

No Solid Connection

It would buffer and connect, then disconnect. The tell you to find another network. I only have one network and my two lap tops, phone and two TVs work well.

I had to plug in my Firestick into the FireTV because it was sooooo bad. Apps would crash after watching for a minute. Especially YES network. Defeated the purpose of getting a TV with FireTV built in

There is nothing wrong with my internet speed.

When trying to register it for troubleshooting & warranty, the serial # is not recognized by Toshiba so no support available.
