The picture is great and this TV is the perfect size for my bookshelf in my man cave. I paired ot with another Best Buy TV so I can watch 2 sporting events at the same time.

This tv was on a popular 2 day home delivery sites and on Best Buy for a lower price and option of home delivery. It was easy to pair it with my Echo and has a great picture even in my room with lots of natural light.

Not user friendly set up

I waited 7 months to get my daughter to come reset everything to 0and allow my accounts to be recognized. I've paid for an Amazon Prime account because this TV is an Amazon running TV yet wouldn't take my account info. This was the same with all of my paid streaming apps. It didn't allow Alexa remote feature even using my phone for remote. The instructions don't contain full instructions either. Now that I have all of my paid apps working, I've lost many of my antennas channels including free NBC and other local and favorites.

The customer service and warranty applied to products is the Best! Two of my reasons to keep coming back is because of customer service especially TJ Duluth store off Pleasant Hill and warranty applied to their products. No issues if needed to return. ❤️
