I stressed to the customer service rep, my office closed at 5 pm, he guaranteed me the tv would be delivered same day, by 5 pm. Do not ever pay for same day delivery. The delivery person said they do not send out the orders until 7 pm. I literally feared they would leave.

One I purchased previously for a gift, was not a smart tv, and I did not realize that. I will be switching out the non smart tv for the new smart tv. Don’t know what to do with the non smart tv now. My bad for not paying attention. The new smart tv has not been given yet. Cannot rate properly.

It's larger in size, has 1080P resolution and is a known brand name (rather than a store's "generic" brand) for the same price as smaller, lower resolution generic brands cost elsewhere. My only real criticism so far is the audio quality. There's simply no bass or low end so everything sounds thin. My LG TV flatscreen that I bought just a few years ago has much better audio. This Toshiba will require a sound bar for sure to deliver decent quality audio - which is an extra cost.
