Great: picture quality in 4K. Built in speaker bass. Built in Chromecast Good: picture quality in 1080p. Having to use smartphone for chromecast. Bad: no numbers on remote (for those of us without cable or sat boxes)

This was the Black Friday door buster. I'm very happy with it for the price. It's a semi smart tv cuz it has chromecast built in. But I use it with my Roku. Are there better 4K TVs out there? For sure but this works well

Good quality for low price it has a really good picture quality and sound and love the google cast features definitely worth the money I paid and very easy to use just connect to wifi and it walks you through the process

Bought this as a replacement for a broken TV used for daily viewing. I did not need a high end TV for this room so I was not concerned with HDR, etc. This set has a great picture and the addition of Chromecast built in eliminates the need for an additional box.

I bought this as a black Friday deal. For the price it is well worth it. The picture colors are excellent. The clarity is great. The sound is better than a cheap sound bar. The only downside is action. 120hz would have been a good upgrade for this TV. Unfortunately watching action takes some getting used to. I'm not a fan of Chromecast. I'd rather it be a smart TV, but I did know it wasn't when I got it so I'm not upset there. I'm not sure why anyone would want Chromecast because it takes awhile for items to be sent to the TV. I did buy a Roku box and that makes up for it. However, for the price I paid, this is a keeper. For recommending to a friend, I'll say yes, but if they want a true smart TV, then definitely no.

As your first foray into 4K this 49 inch toshiba is excellent. The refresh rate is 60 HZ however which may affect you in gaming applications. Unfortunately you often have to spend double to get that upgraded.

I still cant belive it that for less than $300 this TV is amazing for the bedroom or for the treadmill. 4K colors are great, chromecast works very smoothly and speakers are great too. I would recommend this TV to all people looking at their budget

For the price point this tv is great. Built-in Chromecast is a great convenience for streaming stuff from phone or laptop. Picture quality is pretty good too. I definitely recommend this tv to anyone who is looking for a good tv & to stay in a budget.

My son wanted a new tv and when we found this online on cyber Monday, the price was too good to not get one for myself, too! The picture is sharp and the color is great. I’m going to learn all the wonderful things a truly ‘smart’ tv can do!

The TV picture quality is being amazing, and it’s the perfect size for a bedroom. The stand it sits on is sturdy and the two little speakers can really get loud. I don’t use the chrome cast often but I haven’t had any issues when I do.

Wanted a smart LED 4k tv, to replace my old lcd, but with out the hypes and with a price range, This 50" won over all price was rite and it had all the options out there, great deal.

I do not know anything technical, but I like this television very much. The picture quality is excellent, the sound is very good and it was easy to set up and install. I do not use any of its "smart" capabilities, so can't comment on those.

I was skeptical at first but I've always been impressed with the Toshiba Brand products. I am glad I went out and bought this tv because the price did not prohibit the qaulity of the TV. I will be purchasing more Toshiba TVs in the future.

This is a good tv at a fair price. Image and sound quality is really good and that comes with a built in Chromecast so that's an added benefit. Would always prefer Chromecast over smart TVs.

I went to the store to buy a smart TV and I left with a Toshiba of 49". Everything is ok with the TV, enjoying YouTube and other shows... through the Chromecast Built-in, smart connectivity in 4K Ultra HD TV and an unbeatable price.

A TV is pretty much a TV. It's the little extras, features and design that make the difference. In this case, I really like the built-in Chromecast. I had problems with my wi-fi and could not use my streaming player to watch Netflix. I set-up my phone with Chromecast and streamed Netflix from my phone. The very simple remote is another aspect I appreciate. There are just the right amount of buttons to find what I am looking for fast. The only caveat I have with this TV is that I can never seem to fit the screen with the picture without it being compressed one way or the other. And if it is not compressed, the picture is cut-off on the sides.

Love this television! The pictures are crisp and full of vibrant colors. I bought this TV for my daughter, but plan to go back this week and buy the same TV for myself. Highly recommend this product. Great quality and great price.

I bought the 49 inch version of this Toshiba 4k TV. I got it for a sale price of $350 and could not be happier. It has an amazing picture and the chromecast works very similar to all the smart TV's with a bunch of individual apps.

This is a great tv for the money, I bought this because of the size and it being 4K and not for the chrome cast. If you want an actual smart tv I suggest one with more software built in. Again, great tv for size and display.

I purchased this TV on Black Friday 2016. It was a steal at $200! The picture is amazing and it has plenty of HDMI ports. It also has Google Chromecast built in and ready to go. I'd never used this before but love it!
