not user friendly

Every time you turn it on you have to wait for software to load up and then tell the tv you want to watch tv, Remote is not set up very well. Everything on this tv seems to be designed by someone who doesn't actually use one. The picture and sound are great, just hate the way you have to navigate the dysfunctional software.

Great TV

The picture is great. And even though the speakers are towards the back of the TV the sound is good. At first I thought the legs it comes with might be a little flimsy but the legs are very sturdy and the TV does not move. In doing my research I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend to buy it especially for the price.

Very good TV for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV for my elderly parents as replacing a 40" older flat TV. Initially it was a bit frustrating as this TV would always come up with the Toshiba App page and forcing you to change inputs to watch HDMI. After talking to Toshiba support, who were very helpful, you need to do a firmware upgrade and change a setting. Then the TV will come up on last input (HDMI) watched. My parents are now thoroughly enjoying this product.
