Having some problem where picture and siund freeze up. Have to changed channel, then go back. Haven’t decided wheather problem is in tv, the channel, antenna, or entertainment unit. Otherwise a great unit

Like shopping in Best Buy Jackson Tn. I recommend shopping there. We have bought last serveral TVs there. Only one was returned. We bought floor model and it went out in a week. Do not recommend buying floor model as they stay on all the time

Awesome quality TV!

I am also very happy with the Fire TV option for the smart capabilities this TV offers. This TV also has plenty of ports on the back for you to attach every type of peripheral device you may want. Many other TVs that are much more expensive do not have the same variety of ports. Overall, this is a great TV and is the perfect size to hang on the wall in my primary bedroom.

The sound, however, has a bit of an echo. It's nothing that I can't ignore.But if sound quality is a very important future for you you might want to reconsider this purchase. That being said the picture is really very good.

She never had a smart fire TV before so that’s a good challenge for her to sit and learn all about the new features. The new smart TVs have to offer.
